Very clean throughout. Floor plan is a little convoluted but that's from it being renovated, i think. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, small appliances, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Only caveat, house echoes a bit from lack of absorbing material such as drapes, rugs and cushioned furniture. This is certainly not a problem but just thought I'd mention it. Will certainly stay again should the occasion arise.

The check-in process was simple. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Response from the host was automatic when I had a question. Peaceful neighborhood... Stores, beach all nearby... Sigh. The worst part was leaving lol. Can't wait to stay here again.

The house is in a peaceful neighborhood, minutes from the beach. There was plenty of room. The hosts were great and super responsive. Love St. Augustine and would recommend this place to stay. It's so much better than crowding into small hotel rooms.

We had a wonderful stay. The inside of the home was clean, huge kitchen area for gathering. Perfect location for exploring.We had internet troubles and they were quick to respond with solutions ! Pool was very large and clean. The kids said it one of their favorite stays so far ! My only suggestion would be to give the pool area itself a pressure wash, but we understand how quick stuff grows in Florida :)

St. Augustine vacation

Our trip to St. Augustine was awesome! We needed a place to stay that would accommodate 5 adults and 3 children. This house was perfect for us. Check in was easy and communication was friendly and very responsive. We especially enjoyed the location! It was close to everything- the beach, all attractions, shopping, etc., yet very private and a quiet neighborhood. The pool was lovely and we used it everyday. The pool cage and exterior pool area is in need of some maintenance but overall- loved the pool. We would highly recommend this wonderful location for a family friendly vacation!

Ideal Location for Live Music Lovers

Enjoyed our stay and loved the location. Pool was full of debris and pool area was also. Couldn’t walk barefoot at all and couldn’t swim the first few days of our 5 night stay which was extremely disappointing. Host was very responsive but the pool area was never cleaned during our stay. The pool was cleaned a few nights into our stay but no outdoor lighting of any kind worked so we couldn’t be outside after dark. Beds were very comfortable and overall layout of home was nice for family or group accommodations. Location was lovely for anyone visiting The St Augustine Amphitheater.

Convenient, clean, and affordable

The house is clean and neat. The outside and pool area are due for a power washing, but this is the norm in Florida. The heated pool, firepit, and washer dryer made our trip. We used all three every day. It was also great to have beach towels provided. A bath mat would have been great but since there wasn’t one I simply made sure the shower curtain was inside the shower (if you don’t, water will escape -just ask the kids in our group) and used an extra towel as a mat. Kitchen is well stocked but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Screened porch and pool were both missing their doors, but they may have been being repaired based on them being in the garage. I recommend this property without reservation.

Birthday weekend getaway

The property was clean and smelled good. We had a key code to check in. The neighborhood was quiet. No one bothered us.Having a heated pool was great as the weather wasn’t super hot. The owner kept in touch with us via Vrbo messaging, and it was an easy process.. This is close to the beaches and restaurants not within walking distance but a quick 5 to 10 minute drive. We utilized the free parking at the St. John’s pier. The king and queen size beds were super comfortable. The only downside I can think of is the twin beds were a little hard, but we didn’t need to use those as there was enough larger beds for our family of 5. Would book again when in the area.

Great place! Pool is fantastic! Love the twin beds in with the king size beds. Our son loved being able to stay in the same room. Just few small things that were strange.. like telling us not to pee on the seat and the heated pool was apparently set to 85 but no way it was that warm. Great location. Next time we will stay when it’s warmer so we can use the pool more. We actually loved staying in at night cause the house was so perfect for us.

Spacious family retreat

Had a great time over Thanksgiving with the family. Accommodated 8 adults and 2 children. Never felt overcrowded. Backyard all paver and a screened in pool. Brought 2 small dogs. We enjoyed the fire pit and the pool was nice and warm. The kitchen is well appointed with most things needed to cook and the large island was a plus. Had an issue with the plumbing when we arrived that was promptly fixed. Only negative is the house could have been cleaner. Found a dirty sock in my room and the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them. Nothing a little windex didn’t fix. The area behind the pool is very overgrown with weeds very unsightly. The beds were clean and bathrooms were clean so all is well.
