Check-in/out was a smooth process and communication was always responded to with a high level of urgency. The house is located in a great location with just a 3-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Convenient to Historical St. Augustine and other locations.The pool was heated to 85 degrees and fantastic. The house was very clean, and comfortable. We stayed for 28 days and were very happy with our accommodations.Thanks

Cute place steps to the beach

Very nice place to stay. Just a few steps away from the beach. For families with children...you don't have to worry about them complaining that its too far. Pool was very clean and warm! The backyard is an added bonus to sit around and let the kids enjoy the pool. The place is very comfortable. They left enough basic supplies to get us started for the week. Dish soap, detergent, toilet paper, trash bags...plus lots ot towels and beach towels. We did have an issue with the screw on the frying pan handle coming off. But...we were able to use the other items they had available to make our meals. The location is great...lots within walking distance....easy access to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, coffee. Grocery store about 3 minute drive. With more restaurants in that area as well. There are 4 apartments that share the backyard and pool...but we never really saw anyone else that was staying in one of the other places while we were there. The historic district is only a few minutes away driving with lots of parking options available if you want to visite that as well. Definetly a nice place to stay!

August get away

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and we love the proximity to everything on the island. The pool is fantastic and everything we look for in a place.

Great location and nice apartment, but cleanliness was below expectations

Let’s start with the good - it’s a recently remodeled apartment with new furniture/appliances. Great location and the pool it’s a plus, unfortunately pool was dirty. This was my experience in regards to the cleanliness of this apartment. A few minutes after arriving I looked at the pots and pans where I would be cooking dinner/breakfast and I realized I would have to start washing all of it before using it, as ALL (including the pots’ and pan’s lids) were filthy. I’m talking about black grease, from simply not washing after cooking. I immediately reached out to the “owners, Andrea and Danny” but I never talked to them, the people responding the text messages/emails never identified themselves as Andrea or Danny. The response to my complaints was pathetic, they said a cleaning person could come the next day. So I either start washing cookware or wait for the next day. They also apologized for “the few mistakes” the cleaning person made. The lids had that white residue from the vapor when cooking rice or pasta. I was disgusted and started questioning how clean everything really was. Upon closer inspection, the microwave was dirty, the stove’s digital panel was greasy. On the cabinets right above the microwave there was accumulated grease from the microwave respirator. The steak knives were all rusty. The outdoor sofa had sand all over it and the pool was dirty. The toilet had urine from the top of the bowl to the floor. The paper towel holder and the trash can were broken.

Perfect Location!

This place was perfect for us. It’s not fancy…you do have to share a backyard and a pool with strangers potentially…but the place was clean with plenty of space for the 5 of us. We loved taking 5 steps out the back door and fall into the pool and we’re a family that enjoys meeting and talking to others and we did a little bit of that but it wasn’t too much. The biggest thing about this place though is location. We were able to walk to a couple great options for breakfast…close options for lunch that were terrific…even a neat outdoor bar literally across the street that wasn’t loud at all. And the beach, very easy and reasonable walk…we felt safe enough for our teenage daughters to make the trek on their own. And the area we were in was not crowded at all. We have a special needs son, the closeness of everything allowed us to wheelchair him most all places and the closeness of the pool was so helpful when it came to moving our son around. We enjoyed our trip and the place we stayed enough to duplicate it all again in the near future.!

Relaxing Weekend Retreat!

Our stay was very enjoyable! The location was fabulous and only a very short walk to the beach. We were also within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, and the pier is close. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and we were happy to know the pool was heated! The beds are comfy and the pool was a plus for the kids. The only complaint is the shower curtain needs washing or a replacement but this didn't change our good experience. Host is very responsive too!

Fabulous

Really enjoyed the few days we had. Close to beach, restaurants and bars. Met and hung out with a few locals and will definitely be going back. Morning on the beach and afternoon bye the pool. Location is just tremendous.

Amazing location, responsive host

My family and I stayed at this property April 1-8. The host was readily available and the location was perfect. Bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen were all very clean upon our arrival. The host has left dish detergent, laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner for use. Felt like home away from home and we will definitely return for another stay. Best part of everything was the location. This property is located at the A Street beach access point and was close enough to walk back for bathroom breaks during our day at the beach. Area is very walkable— restaurants, bars, putt-putt golf, pier and ice cream shops were all nearby. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

We really enjoyed staying here. 107 A St is a great location, close to many amenities including restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The beach is only a 5 minute walk which is especially great when you have a couple young kids and a bunch of kit to haul with you. After the beach it was nice for the kids to be able to come back and swim in the heated pool (we stayed at the beginning of January, with the ocean being a little cool having a heated pool was a great feature). Additionally, the historic downtown are is only a $10 Uber away as well. Needless to say, everything you need or want to do is fairly close and easily accessible. I’d definitely recommend to my family and friends to stay here and intend on staying here again ourselves in the future.

Awesome house

I really enjoyed this property. It was close/within walking distance to everything. It was very clean. It was quiet. I didn't get into the pool but It was a nice option to have if I would have had my family there. I will be booking here again.
