"We enjoyed the villa which is beautiful with breathtaking views. I suggest arranging the luggage porter the steps are difficult. We really enjoyed Conca dei Marini which is a small local village. The one local market was great and excellent restaurant near by. It’s best to have 2-3 taxi # to get around. You will certainly get your steps in but it’s all worth it. "

"We were a large group of family members ranging from ages 5 to 85. The location is breathtaking and the property itself is enormous. The layout of the house is less than ideal and the division of floors/rooms meant that there was no indoor place for the group to lounge comfortably - this makes it a summer/sunny day house only.
