I'd been warned about what to expect at the Blue Grotto. My fears were justified when, after waiting 15M for a 20M bus ride to the grotto we encountered a long, long, long, winding line of people waiting on the steps and a cheek-to-jowl fleet of boats in the water waiting for the tide to change. A shopkeeper told us that it would be a 2-hour wait. After 20M, with the line barely moving, we gave up and waited for a bus back to the square. If you're in Capri for a couple of days, it may be worth the time but if you're just there for the day, best to skip it.

6 Euros each got us into a tiny cave by boat. It was a rip off.

Blue grotto was closed but a boat trip around Capri was enjoyable.

It was nice and glad we saw it only since the blue grotto was way too busy.
