"When looking up the property online it says sleeps up to 4 and we asked for a suite. We paid the rate and when we got there they said since there were two extra people even though we got the suite for 4 they claimed we didn’t reserve for 4 but Expedia showed 4 to sleep they charged us an extra 250 euros on top of the 1,000.. be aware. No taxis are near hotel it’s a long walk"

"Location is in Priano , not Positano , which is great. Less crowds, excellent restaurants to walk to. You can book water taxis from the marina and to Capri which is right there. Book all your transportation ahead of time. There isn’t a pool, it’s a jacuzzi which isn’t heated . Guests need more than 2 rolls of toilet paper which should be provided. The Villa is beautiful. "

"This is a beautiful property. Our favorite spot was the terrace which has lovely furnishings, a pool and a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, two of them are set as a separate apartment downstairs which we didn’t realize but wasn’t a problem. The bathrooms were beautiful, large and clean. The location is up the mountain from the water - which means the view is terrific but the beach is a bit of a walk. "Villa Rosa is an impressive, large property with a lot of character. The garden is huge and the pool a good size (10m x 5m). The rooms are spacious and so is the kitchen and the reception rooms. We were seven adults and had plenty of space. A car is a must as there is not much within a walking distance. We shopped in a small supermarket 7 minutes away by car or a large one 20 minutes away.
