"The condo had everything we needed, good location if you want the place in town. Cozy and comfortable."

"Great location, super easy access to the RMNP. House was great, perfect for our getaway. Back porch views were great of the river and landscape. Based on personal preference, we didn’t care for the bamboo toilet paper and tissue or the low pressure shower head. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. So, with all of that we still give it a 5 as it’s a great location, super clean, great communication, easy access to the park & would absolutely stay here again."

"We made a quick trip to Grand Lake and truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was close to everything but also tucked behind the main store front so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get."

"The specific unit rented was welcoming to pets with a separate direct access to a fenced area that included a grill and seating. 1.5 bathrooms, shower only. Hotplate only, no oven, but does have microwave and toaster oven although we couldn't get the toaster oven to work. Both a small freezer/fridge and separate mini drink fridge. Nextdoor grocery store (Safeway) permanently closing soon. A few short blocks from the 4th Street downtown area including dining, events, and a city museum. A few...
