"Excellent place to stay with Palmer Park right off the back patio. Spacious accommodations for a group. Trails are easy to access but also close to shopping and restaurants. "My family (of 7) had a wonderful time at this location. Close to Bishops Castle, the Royal Gorge, and cute little towns. We spent time hanging out and hiking the property on our downtime. Highly recommended! "

"Lovely stay, clean home and a real cabin on the woods. It wasnt snowing but we had plenty of snow in the back yard that the kids played with and enjoyed. The road isnt a gravel road just not pave so it wasnt to bad coming and going from the cabin. Walmart is 15 mins away. The kids loved their room plenty of toys and things to do.had a great trip over all."
