"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. "A wonderful week in a wonderful home. Exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The golf cart was super helpful. The walk to the water is flat and only about a ten minute or less walk. Saw a ton of wildlife including deer, red fox and an otter. And the kitties that roam around are adorable! There were cardinals everywhere! Highly recommend this home! Thank you so much for sharing your large, comfortable, delighted home."

"Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. "Soul Oasis a hidden gem! The slightly retro vibe of the decor was so cute while at the same time providing all the modern amenities. "Fabulous doesn't even begin to describe how wonderful our time was at Blue Crab Cottage...the cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of 5, as well as our dog Princess. The views were spectacular...the host was so friendly and helpful...the kids loved chatting with Mr Chris and meeting his dogs, who were the sweetest welcoming committee. We had a great stay, and we hope to come back for another stay during our next trip to MD. "
