"Our journey from Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Post Falls, Idaho, was quite lengthy, especially with seven young children in tow. However, our experience at the Hyatt Inn was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Having stayed at many Hyatt locations over the years, I can confidently say that this was the best customer service I have ever encountered. Every member of the staff, from the front desk team to the restaurant and bar personnel, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction....

"My family and I stayed only 1 night there, in April 2024 To get there there were no signs where to register, so we entered through the restaurant, and there was the reception, which closes at 10:00 pm Since we arrived I was a little scared, it has golf, golf simulators inside, but it is next to a cemetery, which didn't seem pretty to me 😂, after checking in, they tell you that you can park in the back of the place, which is dark, and does not feel safe at all, I preferred to park at the front,...
