"We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. If not walking, our favorite mode of transportation is bicycling. The house is roomy and beautiful with 5 bedrooms and many sitting areas on the main floor. We shall be returning...

"The room was modern, clean and we felt safe in the area. The room is on the smaller side, but the bathroom was sizeable and it was nice having a mini "kitchenette" portion with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery if needed. It was super convenient to have the door right next to the parking spaces, so we were easily able to walk in/ out of the room and to our car without many steps.The entry is a keypad format, which was convenient for us to not have to carry keys/ a card key.The property manager...

"The house was clean. The backyard had a 6 foot wooden fence that was perfect for the dog. It was what we needed. We live local and needed a place while our bathroom was remodeled. It had what we needed, was clean and is an older home just like ours, so it was like being home. We will stay here again."

"Sunday‐Thursday stay with 2 of the days at Silverwood. Plenty close to downtown but a super quiet neighborhood close to the Freeway.Our kids loved the video games (we don't have at our) so our 12,11,9,6 year olds were just introduced to Super Mario and Sonic The Hedgehog. Grill was nice and easy to use. Bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. AC worked great.Would stay here again. "

"Thank you Jerry for the wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do. From the oldest to youngest, all got along super well and were busy from dawn to dusk. It’s on a secluded little island with a private community with two private beaches. Everyone was very welcoming on island and we had a blast! We’d definitely stay here again. "This house was so lovely! We were there for the 4th of July so we had a beautiful view of the whole town! It was a bit of a heat wave during our stay too and even though the downstairs stays much cooler than upstairs it was very comfortable. The kids loved the games downstairs and the drive disconnects you but not too far to make a quick drive to the beach or town. Lots of beautiful sunsets! "
