No smart tv, the blinds dont shut properly so the light(thats never turned off outside) comes through, the bed was very uncomfortable and had a massive lump in the middle, no microwave, no toaster, only had terrible instant coffee, no pod machine, a kettle and long life milk. "Great location just back from the waterfront. Shops next door for room snacks if you don't want to eat at the bar or restaurant. Room aircon a bit noisy. "

"The owners of this property are lovely. The is now a cafe there too. What made my stay was a Lindt ball and a biscuit in my room when I arrived. I see less of this these days and was wrapped to see them. Car parking is easy and it’s close to the airport. Nice fresh clean rooms. Oh and a extra pullout mirror to help with makeup. I was grateful that I didn’t have to go out for a meal and have a generous serve chicken schnitzel and eggs and bacon breakfast."

"Very noisy doors. As it’s an airport hotel people are leaving early, very early, in the morning to catch their flights. The noise of room doors closing woke me up twice!"

"Staff make the differentce"

"The staff were excellent and very welcoming. However, after a long flight we really needed rest and a chance to recharge our devices. There was not one USB outlet in the room which was very inconvenient. We were also disappointed that there was no hot water for showers in the morning."

"Nice hotel overall – clean, stylish and well located, with friendly staff. Nothing wrong with the stay, but for a 4.5 star property we expected a bit more. There wasn’t really a comfortable space in the lobby to sit and work on a laptop, and some basic amenities like a shower cap weren’t provided. Small details, but things you’d normally expect at this level. Glad we didn’t pay full price as I may have felt disappointed if we had."
