"I have stayed in many VRBO but this one was one of the best. It’s a quiet neighborhood and close to beaches. The condo was beautiful and was stocked with everything you could need. We didn’t need to bring anything excepts our swim wear for the beach or pool. It was very clean and Lou was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this condo. It has lots of room and felt more like home. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful visit!!"

The location was great you could walk or bike if not wanting to drive to the different locations(parks, beach & other activities ). "My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Avalon condo. It was super clean and spacious. It was very conveniently located about 2 miles from the beach. The pool and fitness facility was very nice and there was ample parking. I would definitely rent this condo again and Rosemary was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. "Everything was PERECT. So peaceful sitting outside early morning outback watching dolphins swim by. Amenities were wonderful! The only thing that could possibly make it any better would be an elevator. Those stairs were a killer carrying everything up to the third floor. Haha Great host! Would most definitely stay again!"

"I went on this trip with my 21 year old son. We had adult family, cousins and a few friends. The house was amazing. We utilized the kayak's and enjoyed the lake behind us very much. We saw manatee on our first day. The pond next to us brought much enjoyment as we saw beautiful birds and turtles all week long. The house itself was gorgeous and spacious for our group. We took an Uber to the store right down the street and to Palm Pavilion to spent a day at the beach, only 5 miles away....
