Nice unit …..excellent Host.

Nice unit that has EVERYTHING you would need to live there during your stay. Great location as the pool and entrance are right outside this unit. This complex is close to all the amenities and maybe 15/20 minutes to the beach. Some very good restaurants and some cool bars..with fun atmosphere.this was our first stay at The Avalon Condos and I assure you we will stay there again.

Home away from home

We are very happy with our stay at Avalon in Clearwater the condo was very clean, well maintain and quiet. We are very please with our experience. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Carmine was always in contact with us to make sure everything was ok. I will surely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you my wife and i really enjoyed our stay.

Florida Wedding

We flew in from MN for a friends Wedding and Weeks Vacation. The location was great, close to local shops and retail stores for any quick and easy shopping. The property was cleaned and in excellent shape. The pool was nice and warm and everything from the check in to the final day check out was top notch. Carmen was amazing to work with, great communication, we had friends in an emergency place to stay.. Carmen was able to get them set up in one of the other units they had available and was a lifesaver. Was such a pleasure to work with her and not have to worry or stress over anything. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be staying here again.

Loved Carmen's Place!

This is our second time renting from Carmen. As was the case before, she was a great host. While we stayed in the same complex , which is called the Avalon, this time we had a smaller unit. It was comfortable, well equipped with cookware, utensils, small appliances, pool chairs and linens. However, as per Carmen’s VRBO listing, there are a few stairs which , at 68, we had no issues with. More importantly, Avalon is a well situated gated complex with easy access to shopping, golf and the beaches. It also has a nice pool and a good gym. We plan on renting again from Carmen in 2025 and have no hesitation in recommending any of her units.

First time stay

We had a fabulous stay at Avalon. We rented a one bedroom studio suite from Alex and Carmen and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and accommodating. Carmen was always very quick to respond to any questions since the initial booking back in September 2023. The location was perfect for us being close to restaurants, Publix grocery store, within walking distance to parts, and less than 10 minutes to Clearwater beach by Uber. We also enjoyed the people we met staying at Avalon along with the heated pool. Thank you Carmen and Alex for being such wonderful hosts.

Amazing place to stay

This was a wonderful unit. There was nothing I needed to go buy to make my stay better. The owner was very responsive and extremely nice. Great location if you’re visiting Saint Petersburg, and Tampa. Beach is like 10 min away. Grocery and department stores very close. Very reasonably priced. Property is well kept. Pool area is very nice also. I really can’t recommend this place enough! 5 stars. The only thing I would warn is if your used to a soft bed this does not have one. It’s a beautiful bed but we are used to a very soft mattress. Everything else was above my expectations. Carmen is very helpful with any info you need.

Excellent Experience

The property was beautiful, and the grounds were immaculate. The pool area was really nice and clean. The location is convenient to restaurants and a grocery store. Only ten minutes to the beach also. The owner of the condo was very kind and responded immediately to any questions we had. Great experience all the way around!

An Amazing Stay!

My overall experience was absolutely wonderful. Not only was Carmen an amazing host, the condo was perfect and just what my boyfriend and I needed. It’s a one bedroom with one bathroom and a kitchen/living room together. Everything is great and there’s nothing to complain about. There’s surplus of anything you might need. Super clean, super spacious, super nice. Carmen was available 24/7 if I needed to contact, and she reached out just to tell us she hopes everything was great and went well. I appreciate her and this experience x100.

Winter getaway 2023

Owner was readily accessible and easy to work with. Mattress provided a restful night’s sleep. Tub area had been remodeled. The colors in the unit were black, gray and brown and we were hoping for some lighter Florida colors! As elderly people we found the sofa too soft and low. There was sparse lighting in both bedroom and front room.

First, I would like to say that Carmen was outstanding in communicating with us during our stay. This is a relatively small condo that needs to be updated. We were in several other condo units that have been updated and this would have made our stay more enjoyable.

All Good at Avalon!

Great location and very attentive owner. Wish we could have had time for R&R, but lovely pool and lanai was there for use. Carmen took care of us and was available for anything! Most importantly, being a ray of sunshine for me getting thru some crazy days💕 recommend her hospitality🌺

Perfect vacation spot for us!

Me and my s/o stayed here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. It was well maintained and clean! Great area to stay and not much traffic compared to other areas! Great pool and close to many options for food and a short drive to Clearwater beach! Perfect for a couples retreat! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10!

Lovely accommodation close to everything you need

Beautiful property with everything you can think of has been supplied for your use during your stay. We did not have a hire car as there is no need. $1.10 on the bus gets you everywhere including, Clearwater, Indian rocks beach, tarpon springs, Dundee and Tampa city. Abe's place and the shopping mall across the road are brilliant if you don't want to go too far

Perfect for two

This condominium was laid out perfectly for two people and our small dog. It was also very well equipped. Proximity to the pool was great! There are lots of places to dine and a grocery nearby. Most of all, the Host was very helpful, friendly and available. We would recommend it. There is so much to see nearby.....

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time here! Everything was beautiful and check in was super easy. The place was spotless and provided everything we needed. This is a great location with only a short drive to anywhere you’re looking to go. Carmen was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.
