Perfect location

Splash Harbors Great, This condos locations is loud.

We love Splash Harbor. We have stayed 5 times and will be coming back, just not to this condo. The door outside this unit is right next to the main public deck facing west. It slams VERY loudly every time people go in and out. My kids were constantly woke up and couldn’t sleep with how loud it slammed. Two of the nights we were there had huge teenage parties until we called the cops and our condo contact to break them up. The entire week we stayed there was an awful marijuana smell coming from the condo below us to the point where we couldn’t relax on the balcony or even have the door open and had to stuff towels at our door base to not let the smell in. The host wasn’t able to solve the problem which for $5,500 and not being able to use the balcony nearly 24/7 was ridiculous. The prices have nearly doubled over 5 years, but that’s the world we now live in.

Fantastic location and great accommodations!

My family of four had a wonderful time in this condo. Proximity to the beach, dining and the Phillies was a plus. It was super clean and spacious. The sunsets were incredible! We hope to be back!

Wonderful vacation

We had a great stay Harbourside! The kids loved the water park/pool. The beach was a very short walk. Easily doable with a 4 yr old, 2 yr old and infant. The condo was great, very clean, and had everything we needed. The view of the channel on the balcony was great. We would definitely stay again

Perfectly located condo

We were so excited when we saw the view from this condo, absolutely beautiful and perfect view of the gorgeous sunsets! Several restaurants within walking distance. Easy drive to St Pete and Clearwater. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

Indian Rocks

Great stay with our 3 boys and friends. A ton of entertainment. The boys loves the waterpark. Plenty of food in the surrounding are. All walking distance. Deb was great at responding with any questions and concerns we had. Would stay again.

Convenient, safe neighborhood, close to beach

Debrah was great and responded quickly! Very enjoyable vacation. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again

Great Location, Terrible Management

The room was beautiful, great views, the location was amazing. The part that ruined our vacation was the management of the property. There was an issue with the shower that was not fixed before we checked in, even though management was aware of it. Then every day someone was supposed to show up to repair it. We initially asked for this to be done after our 6 days stay since I do not want to wait around for a plumber all day in the room when I could be enjoying myself at the beach, nor do I feel comfortable to let a stranger with our belongings. This was not acceptable to management. After 4 days, many stressful emails, a plumber showed up made a mess and left the water running our doors open to the apartment and did not flix the issue. If I wanted to deal with plumbers I could have stayed home and renovated my house. Also we were not informed that during our stay the room would also be sprayed for bugs, also something we were not comfortable with. I would suggest to management to organize these things when the property is not occupied. Lastly you will need to bring everything with you. You are only given 3.5 toilet rolls for a family of 7, one paper towels roll and few garbage bags. The rest make sure you bring with you. If you enjoy coffee make sure you bring filters as they are not provided. You also only get 2 pods for the washing machine and no dryer sheets for 1 week with 2 families (7 ppl). Maybe we are used to better services in Canada but we have stayed at many VRBO properties here and the services do not compare. Overall the Property is great, location is amazing, beautiful views. I would come back to the same building only if different management.

A Great Week in IRB

Our stay here was great! The beds were very comfortable, you have everything you would ever need for the beach and the views are amazing! The only downside to this place is the slow elevator.

Great vacation spot.

Property was clean and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Great location located right on the intercoastal and just two blocks from the beach, very easy walk. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance so no need to drive for dinner. My kids are a little too old (12 & 14) for the waterpark but it's a great fit for younger kiddos.

Amazing location with lots to do for all ages

We loved the corner unit that was nice and quiet with a beautiful waterfront view. The water park and access to Holiday Inn's amenities (putt putt and game room) were great for the kids.. The condo is centrally located on Indian Rocks beach (one block from the beach and amazing sunsets) and within walking distance to some of the best staples like Crabby Bills, Slyce pizza, PJ's and much more... plus their is a CVS one block away in case you forgot anything. Another perk was the really nice sand volleyball court at the adjacent city park. We rented bikes and enjoyed all that the gold beach community had to offer. A great spot for families, we will be back.

Child’s paradise

The waterpark was easy and fun for the kids with ample lifeguards and poolside services. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beach was close and the restaurants/bars walkable and delicious. Having a CVS right out the door was very convenient also.

Great Location and View

Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of room and a great view of the Inter-coastal and Gulf. The beach cart and toys were a convenient addition and the beach is a very short walk.

Amazing and clean property!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here!!! The cleanliness was absolutely amazing! Everything was soooooo clean. I honestly couldn’t stress it enough. It made the stay that much more amazing. The condo had all the basic things that you need. The water park was so fun and convenient to go to everyday. The restaurants are all walking distance including cvs. The beach was also walking distance. They had the red tide when we were there, but the pool at the condo was enough for us. You can honestly see the view of both the intercoastal and beach from the balcony. There is a second balcony right next door to this condo which seems super private. The beds were so comfortable! It was just perfect. All of it!! We stayed a week and it wasn’t enough! We are looking forward to booking our next stay there! And we can’t wait!!! Thank you Debi and the cleaning lady (sorry I forgot her name) for an amazing and memorable stay. The best place we have stayed in yet!!

Loved this unit!

We had a lovely time. Perfect views!! Nice, modern, clean unit. Kids enjoyed the free water park passes. Short walk to beach was easy. Walking distance to restaurants. Hubby thinks a map of the property would be very helpful for checking in. We were confused upon arrival trying to find where to park for unloading & finding the correct elevator. Ice maker didn't work, so had to buy ice, but not a big deal. Would love to return to this unit in the future! Thanks so much for a great vacation!!

Amazing condo with amazing views of the water.

Property was amazing. Room for a family of 7, all teenage boys and two adults. Very clean and had most everything you need. The patio was amazing and where I spent most of my time. The kids. 15-17 went to the water park and the beach while I read and took in the views. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk and easy to get to with everything in tow using the wagon in the closet. Parking can be a nightmare because the parking garage is small. However, we parked the car on arrival and didn't move it during our stay. There are spots in the big parking lot and on the road if you can't find a spot in the garage. The condo we stayed in came with 4 passes to the water park.. However we had a family of 7 so we had to divide and conquer as to who went to the water park and who went to the beach. The water park is $14. a ticket if you need to purchase extra. We just couldn't do that every day we were there. I would go back in a heart beat. .
