The room was beautiful, great views, the location was amazing. The part that ruined our vacation was the management of the property. There was an issue with the shower that was not fixed before we checked in, even though management was aware of it. Then every day someone was supposed to show up to repair it. We initially asked for this to be done after our 6 days stay since I do not want to wait around for a plumber all day in the room when I could be enjoying myself at the beach, nor do I feel comfortable to let a stranger with our belongings. This was not acceptable to management. After 4 days, many stressful emails, a plumber showed up made a mess and left the water running our doors open to the apartment and did not flix the issue. If I wanted to deal with plumbers I could have stayed home and renovated my house.
Also we were not informed that during our stay the room would also be sprayed for bugs, also something we were not comfortable with. I would suggest to management to organize these things when the property is not occupied.
Lastly you will need to bring everything with you. You are only given 3.5 toilet rolls for a family of 7, one paper towels roll and few garbage bags. The rest make sure you bring with you. If you enjoy coffee make sure you bring filters as they are not provided. You also only get 2 pods for the washing machine and no dryer sheets for 1 week with 2 families (7 ppl). Maybe we are used to better services in Canada but we have stayed at many VRBO properties here and the services do not compare.
Overall the Property is great, location is amazing, beautiful views. I would come back to the same building only if different management.
