Unfortunately, we are not always able to accommodate courtesy 12:30PM late checkouts when our normal checkout time is 11AM. Hello Trish,Thank you for reaching out and providing your feedback. During your stay we did have a Credit Card machine outage during that time. We did have to provide some of our guests with a physical form to provide authorization to process their cards once the system returned. I can understand your concern, I am glad to hear our team was still able to get you taken care of upon arrival. Also, sad to hear that our choice of decor and atmosphere is not quite the space you had in mind.
