This was our second time to stay at this property. My family has such fond memories from the last time we stayed that we wanted to return. The magic was still there. It’s a great place to sit back and relax. Everything on Chincoteague is easily accessible. If we decide to return to the island again, we’ll definitely attempt to stay at this little gem again.

The house was aged a little more than pictures showed but was over all clean. Beds were uncomfortable especially upstairs. Wooden floors downstairs uneven kinda made you think you were on a boat when you walked and need some anti slip threds on stairs going upstairs. Other than that neighborhood was very quiet to be on main street and town very unique. Really enjoyed our stay.

We love the property. It was perfect for a family of 5. Great access to Assateague and everything Chincoteague has to offer. We walked downtown and enjoyed watching the kids play in the back yard at night. We’ll be back.

Wonderful cottage with view of the water across the street. Traffic noise at night was not really a problem. People around were very friendly. Plan on staying there again next year.

Loved the screened in porch and the outdoor shower. House was very quaint and beachy, with a small view of the bay from the front sitting room. This home served our needs for the most part. The only hiccups we had were the upstairs bathroom door frame and ceiling were super low and anyone on the taller side would hit their heads; also no ventilation in the upstairs bathroom. In contrast, the main bath downstairs was an ice box while the AC was working. We lost AC two days into our trip and ended up moving to another property.

I loved the location of the house, but I feel like the 5th bedroom was not advertised properly, it is just a pull out sofa in the living room where to only TV is and couldn't get alot of the channels on the TV

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Chincoteague trip and staying in this sweet home! Our kids absolutely loved the swings in the yard and the little dress-up closet! How fun! The house was super convenient to anywhere we wanted to go on the island. We even walked multiple places and easily found our way back. We also love that it was close to some of the ponies to check out! The home had everything we needed in terms of appliances, supplies, beds and all and we were very pleased. We had a crab feast on the outdoor patio while kids played in the yard, which was perfect! There was one lock that seemed to need fixing, but we always felt safe. We would absolutely stay again.

The property was great. I am avid exerciser so I get down on the floor and notice areas that others might not. This house had no dirt in corners and was very clean. The house decor impressed both myself and my family. The screened in porch is an asset because you can enjoy being outside despite the island bugs. The location is next to the Fairgrounds but the annual carnival was cancelled this year. However there was a religious retreat taking place in the fairgrounds for three of the nights we were there. All things considered my family had a great time and enjoyed the spacious, clean and well kept house. We will definetly stay there again!

Close to the shops and a 10 minute drive to the beach. The house was cozy and comfortable, and far enough away from the main drag that we enjoyed quiet, peaceful evenings. Plenty of room for our family and everyone had a great stay!

Very pleasant, clean, has everything a family might need for a short or long stay. We felt at home with our three kids (1, 12, and 13 year old and we still had two bedrooms that we did not use. More than complete kitchen, and plenty of books and games for kids and adults.

We enjoyed our stay . Kitchen was nice and had what we needed for cooking .Front bedroom had slight musty smell. Upstairs definitely good for children . My 6’4” son had to bend his head in bathroom and bedrooms . Quiet neighborhood

The kitchen is beautiful, the beds are horrible to sleep on, the fridge takes over night to reach correct temp the central air isn’t all through the home the wicker furniture isn’t the best idea for a rental when all different shapes and sizes will be staying there, my 2 sons couldn’t even stand up straight in the upstairs bathroom, should have been way nicer for the amount of money we paid.
