Great stay in Lincoln Park!

Mike's property was beautiful—pristinely clean and well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable for our weekend in Chicago. It was easy to get in touch with Mike to ask our questions, etc. and he offered plenty of local recommendations. As noted in other reviews, since this is a historical rowhome, noise did travel easily, so we could hear our neighbors and some street noise (it was Halloween weekend). But, that was nothing that would dissuade me from staying again. Thanks, Mike!

We will be back!

This was an amazing house for my visit to Chicago with a couple of friends. The location was ideal for visiting my daughter at DePaul as it’s right across the street from the beautiful music school. The pictures looked too good to be true but it was exactly as it presents in the photos. Very clean and quality amenities. Well stocked kitchen, soft towels, blow dryer, extra bedding wonderful coffee and tea options and the list goes on. The beds were all comfortable with nice pillows. One of the bedrooms is much smaller but my 18 year old daughter loved it and slept comfortably. It did have a trundle as well so it would be great for kids or teens that don’t mind close quarters. It is very white so you definitely don’t want to mess it up and the owners ask for food and drink to not be in certain spaces. This did not impact us at all and was easy to comply. The downstairs TV space was amazing for relaxing with 4 people watching movies, it was so cozy. All the bathrooms are clean and well stocked and each have a shower which is amazing for all guests to have their own space. The street is busy but we were able to find parking and did feel safe in this location. Easy walk to coffee, restaurants, boutiques and work out options. I loved it so much I’ve asked to book it as a regular location while visiting my daughter. The owners were more than responsive, they were proactive and checked on us throughout the stay. I can’t say enough about their instructions, welcoming communication and they provide detailed instructions with recommendations for the area. This is a 5 star experience for sure! Thank you!

Wonderful Stay in Lincoln Park

Mike and Lina have created a wonderful VRBO with all the little details that you would hope for. We walked in and my teenage sons were immediately impressed. "Wow mom this is really nice!" My 16 year old dubbed it the nicest house we have stayed in to date. It's beautiful and feels so luxurious with four bathrooms and high ceilings throughout! The tub/shower in the Master bath was worth the price of admission. Perfect water pressure and the high ceilings in the bathroom made it feel even more luxurious. I loved all the little details like custom bottles with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in all the showers. Hand soap at the sinks and plenty of big fluffy towels. This made it so convenient. The full-size washer and dryer were an extra plus. Having basic supplies like olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices made cooking easy. We especially loved the downstairs family room with its big couch and picture frame tv. The beds were super comfortable and we slept great. The communication with Mike and Lina was exceptional and we appreciated their efforts to work through the rental contract with us. Highly recommend this beautiful home on your next visit to Chicago. Already looking to rebook. Thanks Mike and Lina for sharing your amazing home we can't wait to come back! :))

Gorgeous Living Space and Wonderful Neighborhood

We stayed at this beautiful Lincoln Park home with 6 total individuals. The home is fully updated and very modern. It has many specs inside the home that puts it above others including (balcony seating, master bathroom, finished basement/entertainment area, purified/filtered water spout off the sink, 4 FULL bathrooms, and much more). The communication between Mike and I was perfect. He provided a detailed book with great food recommendations, entertainment, tourist attractions, etc. We as a group went out to eat for pretty much every meal and if you are a “foodie” then this area has it all. If you somehow cannot find what you are looking for you are just a short walk, Uber, or train ride from old town, downtown chicago, etc). I cannot recommend this stay enough to anyone! Would love to revisit on our next trip to Chicago!
