Where do I begin? The front porch area was really bad; chairs were filthy - I texted the owner and he said I did not rent the porch?The inside smelled - the floors were uneven and scratched and spotted.The area rugs looked like they have not been cleaned in years.He said it would sleep 4 - fold out couch yet there were no extra blankets on the shelves.There was no silverware - only 2 plastic forks/knives spoons.The kitchen cabinets were dingy. Knobs were falling off on the hinges. Even the bathroom door hinge was not secure.The shower door was moldy. The sink had virtually no water pressure. The shower at best was lukewarm- not really hot water. the toilet seat was worn.The overhead kitchen lights would not turn off and dimmed when the air conditioner cam on- spooky.The floors sloped /unevenThe refrigerator - not clean - the water dispenser was molded in front. There was only 3 rolls of toilet paper with no tissue paper at all.clock was flashing on the stove; I could not fix itThe clock in the living room did not tell timehad curtains in a small area for washer dryer where the shelves stored iron but the shelves were in bad shape.Overall, the musty smell was badPeople moved in upstairs and I thought they were going to crash the floor into my first floor as their foot noise was very loud. Realizing it was an old building probably nothing can help the upstairs noise.- I request a refund - as the pictures on Vrbo are deceiving. - I will send pictures
