The communication was absolutely fabulous-the host gave us tremendous insights for parking, restaurants and more. Check in was a breeze thanks to the clear, concise directions including pictures. The apartment is on the smaller size-quaint and cozy, but it was perfect size for my husband, myself and our dog. We used the apartment as a “home base” while we were visiting our son and daughter in law, there are convenient bus and train options as well as on street paid parking and several lots nearby, as well as a plethora of restaurants and bars, so it made it easy with the dog to bring her with us, or, exercise her and have her nap in her kennel in between stops. The Montrose dog beach is .7 of a mile away -an easy walk and is awesome-they have doggie baths right there so no sand coming back to the apartment!! The building itself was very quiet, the people we met were kind and courteous and they have a terrific enclosed doggie area right in the back yard! We will stay here again.
