The building is a two unit walk up, with 4-5 steps to the entry door. Your first floor duplex is to the immediate right after entering the foyer.
The Apartment opens to a cozy dining area offering specialty barware to enjoy during your stay. To the left, an open concept kitchen showcases a counter seating area, new appliances and numerous kitchen gadgets and hardware to ease any culinary undertaking. The kitchen exits to the back deck alfresco dining space, green space and private gated parking area.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy Queen bedroom with new bedding, pillows a closet and small dresser.
A full bathroom with tub is stocked with paper products, towels and soaps.
Stairs leading to the lower level duplex are thoughtfully decorated. On this lower level you will find a large Queen bedroom with spacious closet, (basinet location) and large dresser.
An intimate entertainment nook quickly becomes a favorite for reading or watching a movie and shares the space with a 2 monitor work station for remote working ability. This area can also host a guests on the couch and on a twin mattress Cot stored under the stairwell.
A second full bathroom with tub is located just off of the entertainment area, fully stocked with bathroom amenities.
The laundry room is equipped with a new washer/dryer and stocked with all the essentials and available for your use.
Our goal is to make your stay as carefree as possible. We strive to maintain fully stocked amenities by offering calculated amounts. You may need to replenish according to your personalized needs. Please be mindful as we offer a “take what you need, leave what you do not” policy.
