We had multiple issues with this property as detailed below. 1) The house was not cleanWe saw the prior review and needed to stay in this location with multiple families as we were in town for a funeral. We asked the property managers to ensure that the house was clean for an infant, toddler, and person with an auto immune disorder. They responded saying that they clean after each guest. This was a lie. Our request was not respected. There were stains below the fridge, dust everywhere. When I spilled water and cleaned it up with a paper towel, the kitchen floor was black. 2) Communication was poorWe came straight from the airport to check in. We were given one of the two codes needed to enter the house. We had to call the property managers to get the other code. The two keypads are different brands and require a different set of instructions to enter, none of which were given. 3) The house is not maintained. There was NO HAND SOAP in this house. Seriously? Not enough toilet paper either. One trash can for the entire house and none in the bathrooms. Two fire alarms had low battery and beeped the first night we stayed. The outdoor keypad had low battery and was unreliable to use. We had no trust in the cleanliness of the place to let a toddler and baby roam around. There were physical hazards, including no cover on the fireplace, floorboard popping up, etc. There is a clear lack of care and upkeep of this property. Do not waste your time or your money.
