Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at this property! The host was very accommodating to us. I highly recommend enjoying your stay in Chicago at this vrbo. It also was a lot of fun playing the pacman machine. It brought back fun childhood memories.

We liked the place

This is a clean and new-looking cozy mansard on the 2 story building. We liked the large kitchen, spacious bathroom, side-loading washer/dryer and a sizable bedroom. The biggest hurdle was finding parking after 10-11 pm. There might be more parking during day time. Freddy (host) nicely provided the daily parking passes, but we had to park on the adjacent street one of our 3 nights risking to get a parking ticket for the wrong location. On our last night there was a loud music/party in the neighboring house’s backyard until 2am. We called 911 trice, but to no avail.

Cleaning

It is a nice and small place, but very nice. The only drawback is that it needs cleaning. The entrance stairs are very dirty with cat hair and dust. The interior also needs cleaning.

great flat

Everything was super clean. We really appreciated the daily parking permits! Neighborhood was safe and quiet. The available washer and dryer is fantastic, even though we did not use them. Fun to play a ms pac man round whilst waiting for my coffee. 😊 Nicely renovated. Shower was a challenge because if the people downstairs (?) used some water the temperature changed dramatically, but, that’s apartment life. Also, just as an fyi, it is located on the third floor. The patio in the back was super nice! Thank you so very much for a great stay! Also, not too far away is Pizza Lobo. Yum!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

My friend and I loved the apartment! Everything was explained in a detailed message on the day of our arrival and my friend and I felt right at home. Parking was always available in the front and we especially loved that the apartment was located in a convenient part of Chicago. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great stay in Logan Square

Property was very clean and as listed. Perfect as a place to land while exploring Chicago. Street parking was available, but the required parking permits were not provided as expected. Luckily we were not ticketed during our stay.

Overall good

This rental was pretty good except they didn’t have it cleaned before we got there. There were bags of trash in the kitchen and the sheets were wet in the dryer. After I told the property manager they send cleaners without us knowing while we were out and they moved around all of our belongings. Just a little weird that they didn’t let us know someone would be coming in before hand. Over all nice place and good location
