    General Policies:



    Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

    include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

    inquiry.



    Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

    only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

    Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

    without refund.



    Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

    duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

    else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



    Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

    posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

    like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



    City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.

    **House Rules:**



    Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

    rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

    refund.



    1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

    2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

    3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

    4. Check-out on time -- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Please vacate the unit on time and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Unauthorized and unapproved early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $250 fee.

    5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

    6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

    7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.





    Additional Policies:



    * Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

    * Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

    * AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

I was very frustrated with the lack of communication throughout my stay. On the first night, I was unable to reach the property management team, and when they eventually responded, they were not helpful and offered no solutions regarding parking concerns. I was repeatedly advised to contact the host, which I did multiple times, but I never received a response during my entire stay.One of the main reasons I booked this property was the patio shown in the listing photos. Unfortunately, it looked nothing like the photos and was not usable at all, which was very disappointing.Parking was another major issue. I was told there was limited but not guaranteed free parking available. However, when I asked where this parking could be found, management stopped responding altogether. In reality, there appeared to be no free parking options available. They even agreed the listing could have been worded more clear after I shared my frustration. The property itself was generally clean and well-maintained, although I did notice stains on the bedding. Aside from the patio concerns, the accommodations were in good condition.The biggest positive was the location, it was absolutely perfect and made getting around very convenient. However, the poor communication, misleading patio photos, and parking issues significantly impacted my overall experience.
