Great location. Cute space. Little things like hairdryer didn’t work. Shower door off a little. Bed squeaks every time you move. But easy fixes. Nice hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The place was spotless, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The layout was comfortable and well thought out, and having in-unit laundry was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, the living space was inviting, and everything we needed was provided.The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around while still feeling safe and quiet. The host was responsive, clear with instructions, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out.Despite some unexpected travel issues on our end, the stay itself was excellent and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We loved this apartment! We rented it to be near the Riviera Theater (within walking distance). It’s also very conveniently located for public transportation (5 to ride trains and buses all day) so you can go anywhere in Chicago from here. We loved the security and the beds were super comfy. Its an easy first floor apartment. Host was accommodating and communicative. I got lucky with free street parking just across the street but parking in Chicago is always the hardest part. If you’re worried about it you should check out SpotHero or similar and try to arrive at specific times when spots are empty. Don’t leave your spot - just take the train!Overall we loved it and will definitely look for this place when traveling to this area in the future!

This apartment met the needs, but could be exceptional with a few more added. change out the harsh lighting. Way too sterile and bright. Buy more and better bath towels. Four bath towels for 4 adults for one week is slim. More blankets. We were there and other than the comforter on each bed, chilly. Only one extra blanket. Invest in a new sofa. If you sit on the right side of the sofa, you sink into the springs.... Looks pretty but not comfortable.

Overall the apartment was ok. It is well located and despite being on the first floor on a relatively busy street it was pretty quiet. However, one issue was that the furniture was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. The living room furniture wasn’t as worrying but the bed in the bedroom closest to the street provided no support and sagged deeply in the middle. Everyday I woke up earlier and earlier due to back pain. This is very disappointing since the number one thing a place like this needs to get right is the bed and it failed miserably.

The apartment was clean with plenty of storage space. The bed linens were luxurious. We appreciated the coffee setup and really enjoyed the TV. If a couple of issues were improved we’d happily upgrade our rating to “5.” The issues are: 1) in the primary bathroom, a) the sink faucet sprayed water backwards onto the mirror and counter; and b) there were no towel racks or hooks - so there was no place to hang up wet towels. 2) the check-in process was a little disappointing a) we didn’t expect the fee for the entire stay to be charged immediately - in the past we’ve been charged 50% at first and and the remainder a week or two before we arrived. b) it was frustrating to have to request check in information more than once and to wait until well into the evening before our trip to receive it. c) there were 3 tenants, whose names I listed. For a two-bedroom apartment set up to accommodate adults from two different families, it would have been reasonable to provide more than one fob.

Fantastic location but falls short on comfort and general quality. Terrible furniture and uncomfortable beds. There are no towel bars in the bathrooms. For over 1000 for 4 nights the least you could do is offer comfortable furnishings.
