It was wonderful. The only thing I would say is that there would be a vanity mirror for the little desk. We loved the location and the cute little place !

Great location, excellent water pressure, and great restaurant on the first floor. However, I did not enjoy my time in this apartment. The apartment was dark, there was constant noise of sirens, the floors squeak a lot, the available lighting was either too bright or too dim, and the apartment was not well-maintained. Almost all the window blinds were broken in some way, so it was difficult to open and close them. In addition, the property managers ask for an excessive amount of personal information, and sent at least one message a day, including a message instructing us to turn off the air conditioner when we left the apartment, despite the fact that we were there in the winter. I particularly did not appreciate two messages essentially begging for a 5 star review. I do not trust the reviews of a property where the managers do that kind of thing.

Great Location, Responsive Host

The unit is in a great location and within walking distance of many attractions. The unit was clean, and as advertised. Very responsive host. If you have a small family, you would love this place.

Great apartment

Location is great and perfect any work? Northwestern school of medicine. The building had a nice cafe and a nice Italian restaurant across the street. The apartment is a perfect size for 2 to 3 people, and was clean and well furnished. The hosts were extremely responsive, even when I asked questions that they’re already. given answers to.

Chicago for Christmas

We enjoyed the apartment and enjoyed speaking to a few residents in passing. I originally tried to book the two bedroom but mistakenly got the 1 bedroom. 2 adults and 2 teens. It worked out perfect and there was plenty of space in the 1 bedroom.We would definitely stay here again in the future. Great location. Great customer service. The adults slept on the couch and surprisingly I slept so good. A little hard for my husband but he still got good rest. Must be short though! We are all 5’7 and shorter lol. Kids said the bed in the room was comfortable. Shower worked great. Kitchen was a bit bare of utensils. Not silverware but everything else. Not a lot of items to cook with but we managed to make bacon eggs and biscuits with random items around the kitchen. Overall it was a great stay and the host was attentive.

Excellent location and very clean

Our first time visiting Chicago. Mother and son trip. Communication was excellent and the apartment was very clean. Looked exactly like the pictures and the location was the best. We walked everywhere.

From check in through departure, just great as advertised. Lovely apt in a great neighborhood near the lake and Michigan Ave. Constant communication from the owners, very accommodating. Look forward to my next visit!

Awesome stay!

This charming apartment is beautiful. It is so close to everything downtown Chicago that we wanted to see. The restaurants close by were delicious. It seemed like we could walk around for miles and look at the architecture and beauty of Chicago. WE WILL BE BACK FOR ANOTHER STAY !!! Thank you to the hosts😀

Cozy and convenient

Stayed here during a work conference. For the same price as the conference hotel, I got the whole place to myself with a full kitchen and nice tub. Place was very clean, check in and out was easy, and the building was quiet during my time there- as well as being within walking distance to anything I needed. Thank you for a little city retreat!

Unbeatable Location!

It was an overall great stay at this VRBO! The apartment was clean, easy to access, had all the necessary amenities (and more), and the hosts were easy to communicate with. The best part, in our opinion, was the location! So close to great food, shopping, the lake, you name it! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect spot for some sight seeing

The location was walkable to mag mile, some fab pizza restaurants, a mile to the riverwalk, and the 360 experience in the John Hancock tower. The room was perfect. Bed comfy, pull out sofa perfect for our son, the coffee was delicious in the AM.
