Amazing location, steps from the Miracle Mile! Nestled in the perfect neighborhood near shops and restaurants all decorated for Christmas. Warm and welcoming with a very communicative host! We had a wonderful time.

This was a great location to stay and close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, transportation, etc. felt safe in the neighborhood and every place we walked. Parking is hard, but it’s a big city. We got lucky and got a spot in the small lot right down the street not far away. It is listed as a garage when he sends you info, but it is just a lot. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was cute and clean although it could use a good deep cleaning. The furniture in living room is not what is pictured and it needs to be replaced. It had smells and stains and one chair was ripped. It’s hard to chill and relax after a long day exploring when it was like that, but it worked for what we needed. Management was responsive when we had questions. Overall, we would probably stay here again

Good location, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.We loved the location, it’s safe, walkable, and close to public transit and shopping. The unit was also spacious for the three of us, which we appreciated.However, the space does feel older, and several areas could use better cleaning and upkeep. There was a noticeable odor from the furniture, and many pieces felt fragile. We noticed a lot of dust on the vents and heater, along with dried contacts and hair on the floor that were clearly left from previous guests. The rugs were also very dusty, which made the space feel less clean overall.This rental has potential due to its size and location, but it really needs deeper cleaning and some updates to feel more comfortable.

Host was incredibly responsive. There was a small issue with a door and someone was over to fix it in under an hour. Easy access by train and minutes walk from resturants, bars, and shopping. Location was everything we could have asked for.

Tremendous location and a nice brownstone unit. Close to a lot of upscale shopping and the Watertower. Easy to find restaurants nearby and Uber to other areas. Parking is crazy expensive if you're staying long. 40/day with no in/out, valet requires, and a block walk. Likely better options for just overnight or with a longer longer walk. The beds were pretty spartan and a little rickety but functional. The host was responsive when we reached out with questions, and we felt very safe there. Would recommend.

Great location

Proximity to Michigan Ave was what we were looking for. Great space, good communication with property manager. Note, this rental is on the second floor so you need to take your bags up a flight of stairs.

Great Stay!!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for those in town with a full itinerary. Close to lots of great restaurants and bars and a short car ride from any other part of the city. Plenty of sleeping space, and a huge common room to wind down after a day of activity. Host was quick to respond with questions and provided a very detailed guide to the home and neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Awesome location

Loved the location- so close to the bus stop! We got around town just fine either by walking right to downtown Chicago or taking the bus. We found super cheap parking within walking distance. The apartment itself was super clean with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfy and we all got much needed rest! Will stay again in the future!

We had a great stay at Dan’s property! The location cannot be beat - quiet street close to the triangle and the beach. Many great restaurants and coffee shops and walkable to old town! We will definitely be back next year!

From the start of renting this beautiful and charming Vrbo Brownstone Goldcoast property/apartment to check out time, my first Vrbo experience has been perfect in large part due to the prompt and accommodating service from the property owner Dan. The property is located in the gorgeous and upscale Chicago Goldcoast neighborhood. It is just a half a block from restaurants and shops in one direction and just one block from downtown Chicago Magnificent Mile, Lake Michigan, beach and Lakeshore bike and walking path! The apartment is very clean and has a lot of amenities to make sure that guests have a comfortable and amazing stay! I highly recommend this Vrbo rental property!Mil!

The location of this property is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. However, the cleanliness and overall condition of the house were disappointing. The air conditioning unit had visible mold growth, and the smell of the mold was so strong it was difficult to ignore. While the landlord did attempt to clean it, the issue was not fully resolved. Additionally, the house did not resemble the photos—most of the furniture was different from what was shown. Unfortunately, despite the prime location, these issues detracted significantly from our stay.

Lovely neighborhood for a weekend getaway

This condo was perfect for what I was looking for. The location is amazing-beautiful townhouses and apartments throughout the neighborhood. Fancy restaurants nearby, but also walking distance to Portillos/non-fancy restaurants. We were able to walk to the subway and get anywhere in the city. I will absolutely book again. Looking forward to returning!
