El Hotel muy bueno excepto que hacen un día si y un día si la limpieza y algo muy maaaalo es que no tienen esa doble protección vs el frío en las ventanas, es decir es un congelador el cuarto, habemos personas que no podemos dormir con calefaccion

Servicio excelente, situada en un lugar muy céntrico que tienes acceso a pie a muchos lugares icónicos. Si es tu primera vez en Chicago, sin dudas esta es la mejor opción para hospedarte.

The room was dirty, the sheets the first night dirty, they did not make the room the next day, they said the only make it a day yes and the next no, they ask for me 150.00 usd deposite if I make some destruction in the room, they give a room with no view of the street, the elevators don’t work and we need to go to the next hotel to go up or down. The personal not friendly. If you ask me it is the last time I choose a Starwood Hotel.

I showed up to check in and they didn’t have a room available, was sent over to the Hyatt. Also this area is EXTREMELY loud until the early morning hours. Partying, sirens, loud music… if you want a room where you will get no sleep..this is your place

Well priced for the Chicago area. Room small but designed thoughtfully for efficient storage and comfort. Excellent location and walkability. Grab a Spot Hero at a nearby parking ramp and you’re golden.

It’s a quiet, clean hotel. I did expected the hotel room to be more physically appealing in the rooms. But there was no damage and very clean hotel no odors and bed very comfortable. Bummed out the TV didnt have Netflix, nor I can do iPhone mirror sharing.

The staff was friendly and helpful(10/10). The bed and bedding were comfy enough(8/10). The shower could use more pressure(7/10). We stayed three nights and four days. Our room was only cleaned once during stay. I am used to having it cleaned once a day.
