We decided to stay here because of the Hot Tub & Pool. We booked it, and checked-in. On our second day we went to enjoy the pool & hot tub to only find that it is closed for the season. This was the reason we booked this stay. Very disappointed and cojldnt fet the refund.

Great location and enjoyed our vacation
Location of the property was great, especially to downtown, although not easy water access unless you pay a lot to park across the street at the community park. Condo had a great layout and was equipped with everything we needed. Could use a lot of updating, new carpet (stained), new couches (saggy), new outlets (most cords fell out) and the housekeeping seemed to have been just a lick & a promise.

Great condo
Overall, the condo was great. It's in a convenient location, walking distance to Don Morris Park and other activities. The condo was clean and the property is nice. The dvd player was missing,(cords and DVD's still there) and the dinning room chandelier dimmer switch was broken. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Weekend get away
Great location, we walked to many places in town during the day and driving out for dinner was easy. The condo had a nice view, was a quiet spot, and we even enjoyed watching the deer and quail on the hill when we were relaxing on the patio.

Great location
I want to be clear that we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is so convenient to everything while being far enough away to be quiet. The property really needs a handyman. Unlocking the front door was difficult but would probably be remedied with some wd40. There was no way to close the blinds to the screen door as it’s missing the pull. The screen was difficult to close which could be fixed pretty easily too I’m sure. The fridge is missing a bar to the door which reduces the overall capacity. The kitchen knives were extremely dull. I couldn’t cut a bell pepper with the Chef’s knife. That being said, I think a few hours of a handyman’s time and some minor upgrades would make this a great rental property. Upsides, a dvd built into the TV! Several puzzles and games. Overall was very bright and clean. We love Chelan and loved this location. We would definitely consider coming back to this property if we knew these somewhat minor repairs were taken care of.

Great location!
Positives about this unit: good location-you can walk to downtown and other activities, pool is great, they have a BBQ and well stocked kitchen, there are mats in bedroom closet for sleeping on the floor. As mentioned before, this unit could use a deep cleaning, and there were only 5 chairs for the dining room table-we and 6 people in the unit and we missed not having another chair.

Family time
Love park point have stayed many times. The unit we stayed in was a bit dirty,carpets also dirty. There was 6 of us and 2 washcloths. View was wonderful and our family was great to visit with they came from Nevada to be with us.

Nice location
Great location! Disappointed that the sheets had not been changed from previous guests! They reeked of garlic. Also most of the dishes were dirty. After running the dishwasher for clean dishes and washing the sheets, we were fine.

Great condo for our family
This was our second year staying at this condo. Love the location-close enough to walk to town and a short walk to the park by the lake. We use the deck a lot and love that it has a table and chairs on it.

Not recommended
Location and layout of condo where good. It went down hill from there. To start with both beds and pillows where the worst that we have slept in. There was no drain plug or toilet paper holder in the bathroom. You could not adjust the temp and so it was to hot to get a good nights sleep. The picture on the web sight led you to believe that your condo was right on the pool. That is our starting list, I'm sure there was more. We will not be back

Good Location
The location is great. The unit was fairly clean and in good order. The mattresses have seen better days and were uncomfortable.

Girls Getaway
We did not have any communication with the property manager other than when I spoke with someone about the possibility of having to cancel (due to Covid-19) and we were not able to get 1 100% refund. (another VRBO rental that I did have to cancel refunded us 100%!) Other than that conversation, the stay was nice. it was perfect for a middle of the state meet up for my girlfriends on the west coast and me coming from the east coast.

Fantastic location
Great location to walk to town. View from the balcony was beautiful. The beds were comfy and space was great. They had a coffee maker and filters, but no coffee :) thank goodness for Starbucks.

Loved this condo!
Our family, Mom, Dad and 3 adult children, stayed in this wonderful unit for a week. The location was great-close to the city park, walkable distance to town and the river walk. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic necessities. There was also plenty of sitting space for all of us in the living room area. We enjoyed the deck area-for some reason we used it so much more than the deck we had in a different condo last year. We have already booked this unit for our family trip to Chelan next year!!

Great Location!
Overall a great place to stay! Loved the location, view and the size of the condo. We had some challenges with the AC as it doesn’t go below 70 (on a 105 degree day — it needs to be a little cooler :)) - I would rate the cleanliness of the place a 4.5/5 came across some random Cheerios from the previous guest and a few other things but all in all an amazing place! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need as well as the laundry area! Look forward to coming back again!!

Very nice location!
The condo had everything we needed. It was quiet, nicely decorated and walking distance to town. Loved that there was a crosswalk , with flags, to safety cross the street, right at the entry. I would give it 5 stars, but there was no recycling at the complex ( that we could find) so we had to cart our recycling into town.

Spacious and Comfortable
Beds were very comfortable. The unit is spacious. The only drawback was that one bedroom is located on a wall against the stairs, so if you want to sleep in, choose the other bedroom. We didn't discover until we were leaving that the TV has a "built-in" DVD player. We thought the unit just didn't have one. The view is great, and the deck has an extra table and chairs. The washer and dryer in the unit works well. The unit is close to everything in Chelan. You're within walking distance of bowling, mini-golf (with real greens), the Marina, a grocery store, and a quality hamburger stand. The pool and hot tub are also very nice. Overall, we had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Great Family Trip
We had a great time! Our condo was in great condition, well stocked, A/C worked great and we had an awesome view! The first night the pool was super murky... which was odd to me. Every other day the pool seemed mostly clear & clean.

This condo had comfy couches, plenty of sleeping arrangement options for the kids, with extra bedding provided. Everything was functional. Great location near downtown even within walking distance. Has all the basic amenities. Great view from living room of lake & snowy mountains. Quiet property. Hot tub very close & ping pong in club house. Spent the day at echo valley ski area about 20min away XC skiing (even 6 year old loved it) & went tubing & snowboarding with rope tows as well! Great way to introduce kids to snow sports!! Not crowded & lower prices. Came home had a fire (need presto logs) made dinner everything you need is provided but need your own spices & oil.... played family games. Able to do laundry. parking not an issue. GPS on everyone's phone shows that 808 Manson HWY is "The Lakehouse by whyndham" but you need to keep driving around the bend to see Park Pointe. The place is not fancy, the beds were comfortable .....but nothing is better than your bed at home! The place had everything we needed, for a nice snow-cation.

Beautiful two fall days in a comfortable place.
The condo is just as it appears on line. Very clean and comfortable. The TV was difficult to manage without a guide and we could not find the DVD player. Had I realized the cleaning fee was going to be so high, I would probably have selected another property. And then to ask us to start a load of wash at that rate...Really?

Clean and Comfy
The place is very clean, tidy and spacious. Nice view on the deck where we relax in the late afternoon. Bedrooms are big and bed are so comfy. I will for sure stay here again on my next Chelan getaway. Thanks for accommodating us.

The ideal weekend getaway!
We were thrilled to spend a long weekend in Chelan, sled with our kids, sleep in and cook wonderful meals. The view is breathtaking, the condo was very clean and it was located within a simple walking distance to starbucks, the grocery store and downtown! We loved it and will be back!
