"Property is located just out of town and is on the end of a horseshoe of houses. We had plans in Jerseyville, Alton, and Grafton and this location made it easy to get to all three. The house is very neat and clean and comfy. It's a 2 bedroom house with queen beds and a pull out sofa in the living room that has a queen bed. The hosts communicated very well. We had no problems finding the place or checking in. It was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it."

"Great property! Perfect size for our group of ten! Bit of an odd layout but I just think that’s how older houses are. Right in the middle of Grafton. We walked everywhere. Loved the courtyard and fire pit. Would definitely stay again! "

"This was our 3rd time staying here as it is perfect for when one of us visits our daughter who attends Lindenwood University. We each have our own room, we can make meals, use the laundry machines, enjoy the TV and best of all it is in a quiet neighbourhood. Just wish the frying pan would be updated as it is warped and proper wine glasses would be supplied. :)"
