We had an amazing stay at this property! It was my first time visiting Charleston, and the location was perfect. It was walkable to shopping, restaurants, etc. The house itself was awesome too, all bedrooms were great, a stunning kitchen and great common area hangout spots. Those at stay duvet were also super helpful leading up in answering my questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, parking wasn’t a problem. We had a problem with the washing machine, and maintenance was prompt and fixed it within an hour. Great house, all in all!

The backyard was fantastic for our kids to run around amongst the palmetto trees and have our family meals. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The balcony off the master bedroom was a huge plus as well- perfect for relaxing once the kids were in bed. The location is excellent as well, just a stone’s throw from king and downtown historic district. I’d stay here again anytime.

I stayed here with 2 other women to celebrate a birthday. The home had everything we needed, ample space, plenty of towels, all the modern conveniences. Delightful home and walkable to everything, shops, restaurants, the French Quarter. The hosts were very gracious and made sure we had everything we needed and answered questions promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we loved our stay! Extremely clean, perfect location & safe area. The master bath was disappointing, given it was basically a converted closet. Very narrow for maneuvering to use toilet and not private with the glass doors. Luckily I wasn’t sharing that space but had I been, it would have been challenging. The powder room could use a more secure/private door closing, especially given its off the kitchen. Other than that & perhaps leave an extra box of Kleenex.perhaps an extra box o Kleenex

Great house for an early Christmas vacation. Just a short walk/drive to shopping and top restaurants. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and comfortable furniture for movie watching.

The location of the home is excellent. Access to King Street is just three blocks away. Portions of the home have been renovated, such as the Kitchen, which is wonderful and has access to a flat, landscaped back yard, and the Master Bathroom, which has a crafty new bathroom in the Master Bedroom. However the upstairs bedrooms need painting and updated furnishings. Honestly though, we were not in the home often, and really only to sleep. However, I believe that we paid too much for the overall package. Otherwise, accessible and wonderful staff. They replaced a screeching smoke detector within the hour.

The Spritz was a great house for our family vacation. Big open living spaces. (We set aside the coffee table because of our toddlers) Well stocked kitchen. Nice yard. And a great location. Rented a great crib and it fit nicely in the bedroom. I would rent this house again.

This house is so big! For it to be so close to King Street and CofC, it’s very quiet. We enjoyed sipping a glass of wine on the patio and balcony. We love the quirkiness of the home renovations and charm of the feel of history in the home. We hope to book it again later in the year. We’ve been happy with all our StayDuvet’s reservations.

This home was so charming, comfortable and in a great location for our family. Lots of comfortable spaces to relax, wonderful kitchen with everything you would ever need, the backyard was perfect to relax after a long day of running, shopping and eating. The location was a short walk to King St. We will definitely book this gem again.

What a perfect place to gather as a family and celebrate the joy of Christmas! The accommodations were perfect! The location couldn’t have been better! The kitchen was a great place to cook and hang out together. The backyard and upstairs porch were fun places to relax! It was a beautiful holiday!

We had a short period of time to see our favorite city and we wanted to be in the heart of it all. This lovely home provided that and more. Not only was it beautiful, but it was historic too. The attention to detail to comfort was outstanding. The kitchen was stocked for large groups which is so rare! I loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. They loved it! It was the absolute perfect home for us! Thank you for a great stay! I cant recommend it enough!

Lovely property all around. Entryway charm and retro design touches on a welcoming southern canvas. A warm kitchen organized around a commanding soapstone island. Comfy stools for hanging/eating/drinking/playing a hand of cards. Jennair appliances—amazing stovetop. Great dining room for a group—the table is conducive to conversation and sharing food and drink, and there’s a wonderful wink to design snobs in a chalk painted sideboard with fun handles and pulls. The first floor laundry is super convenient. Updated bathrooms up and down. Master bath is small, but embraces smart design. Living room accommodated our group of five adults well. We spent more time in the lovely kitchen—which opens to the private backyard—green and lined with healthy and well-cared for palm trees. In addition to the very green grass, there’s a classic stone patio made quite inviting with comfortable seating and a mod coffee table. In this yard, we rested after miles of walking. Great breezes and some shade. Off-street parking is so unbelievably convenient to have—relieves the worry of where to park the rental. This house is a gently renovated property with architecturally interesting features that show in part the structure’s history. An inviting and well-appointed spot near enough to the King St chaos but yet a step away from it all. Perfect house as an anchor for lots of walking, morning coffee, cocktails before dinner at restaurants in close distance—but also if the feeling hit, to cook dinner.

Loved this place. It’s honestly spacious enough to fit 10 or more. Very well kept. The house itself is quite old but they did a good job with the remodel so it’s barely noticeable. I walked to King St. everyday and it took me about 6 minutes. Walked home at dark and felt safe. Im definitely staying here again.
