" Very warm welcome, best place ever, spacious, clean, furniture very good condition, and very tastefully decorated, huge field on property for dog to run around. National trust 2 miles away stunning walks , in fact the whole island is covered with walks in the country side. "

"Lovely accommodation. Beautiful bathroom. Everything you would need for a holiday. All to a really high standard too. Lovely touches like scones and wine. Really friendly hosts too. Lovely walks straight out of the door. "

"Stunning property & grounds with a beautiful stream & gardens galore. Historic grain mill turned into an adorable cottage with all the amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. Especially fabulous for families, our boys adored staying in the Romany Wagon! We were fortunate to meet the owners, Rebecca & Guy, who are lovely hosts. Very close to both the ferry port & sights we visited. "

"Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden.As mentioned the stairs are steep but we managed with no problem (we are in our late 60's and early 70's)Opposite the common so good for a walk and easy access to Lymington. Excellent communication from the owner.Would definitely recommend On street parking with plenty of spaces."

"Great place for a short stay, minor niggles with some cutlery not being clean and heating in the top bedroom not turning on, but everything else was fantastic. Great bedding, super comfy, had everything we needed. We had the 12 days of Christmas at the Elderflower which was close enough we did not need coats to get there. Stunning morning watching the sky at sunrise on the balcony too. Would stay again."

"Really super stay. Very comfy with everything you needed. Pauline, our host was fabulous, very friendly and helpful, even gave us a load of pears, which were gorgeous. One little thing, could do with at least one large saucepan, they were a bit too small for a family of six, but it wouldn't stop me from coming again. Excellent."

"We loved the cottage! It’s nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. The location is close to everything but very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We enjoyed being on the Isle of Wight. Our place was clean and very quiet. Check in was very easy. We visited The Needles, Shanklin Chine, Ventnor Botanical Gardens and Osborne House. We loved it all! "
