"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"Hotel is great location for nearby attractions. Staff where amazing helpful and always available an on hand. There was a wedding party on one of the nights an it made no difference to our stay we could not hear the party or music. The hidden gem here not only the lady who assisted us throughout who was just lovely but the food in restaurant from breakfast to dinner amazing quality and value for money we didnt eat anywhere else. "Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again "

"Hicimos una ruta en coche desde Liverpool a Londres y paramos en este hotel para visitar Upon Avon. Es grande, nuevo y con aparcamiento gratis. Es muy tranquilo y el desayuno estupendo. Para repetir "

"I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm."
