"Excelente abadía convertida en hotel, extraordinario entorno y ambientes que evocan la vida en un castillo. Majestuosos jardines ideales para caminar y disfrutar del paisaje. El restaurante muy bien ambientado y muy buen servicio. Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. Vale la pena la experiencia, seguramente volveremos algún día."

"The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). Not even the reception manager showed up to do something about it nor apologise for the situation. At the end of the day, I...

"Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished"

"The room was great. I left my hat there unfortunately. That wasn't the hotel's fault though, obviously. The TV didn't work either but I didn't stay in the room much so no big deal. Hotel might want to check it though. "
