"Everything was amazing"

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again "

"Hotel muy bonito y acogedor. Pese a estar el pub lleno de gente, las habitaciones son silenciosas. Personal muy amable. Tiene parking. Habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas. A 10 minutos del aeropuerto. En el pub se come muy bien "

"I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm."

"Hotel is great location for nearby attractions. Staff where amazing helpful and always available an on hand. There was a wedding party on one of the nights an it made no difference to our stay we could not hear the party or music. The hidden gem here not only the lady who assisted us throughout who was just lovely but the food in restaurant from breakfast to dinner amazing quality and value for money we didnt eat anywhere else. Dont overlook this place grounds to sit in an all needed on site we...

"For the £ very pleased, it’s a beautiful old building but with that high maintenance, and building looks tired in places. But clean, staff friendly, free accessible parking was kindly given an upgrade as booked wrong room, very quiet. I would use again as a quick overnight stay around work."

"The steps up to the rooms are quite steep. Room 21 was very small; it is much smaller than any room we’ve stayed in before. Managing two large suitcases required strategic piecemeal unpacking and repacking. The twin beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent."

"Lovely 2 night stay, great value via Expedia. Was in the area for a concert at Warwick Arts, visits to Kenilworth Castle and Stoneleigh and proved ideal location. Not at all snooty or stuffy like some country hotels. Clean modern bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant walks from hotel, well equipped gym. Lots of hotels in this area, glad we chose this one."
