"We had a wonderful vacation at this property. We swam all day, used the game room every night, and had our smores at the firepit. All of the appliances are state-of-the-art. We appreciated the 2 refrigerators and the double hot air stove. The retractable awning over the deck was a plus with the hot sun. The interior design and exterior property are beautiful. We lacked for nothing!"

"The neighborhood is not good. There was a moldy and smoke smell and within 15 minutes we were getting headaches. The upstairs bedding did not smell clean. The walls above stove in kitchen were greasy. Light switch was missing the switch plate cover. We didnt end up staying. We found another place for the night. Also, there is no central AC. Just a couple window units."

"This was my 1st time to Lake Chautauqua and Rachel's cottage was such a great welcome for us to the area! It was exactly as listed and is fully stocked with all of the essentials, including bug spray which I didn't even think to bring. Super clean and comfortable. I traveled with my older parents and goldendoodle and everyone was very comfortable in the house. John was very accommodating and did a fantastic job with remodeling the unit. The ambient/recessed lighting was on point. The kitchen cabinets and hardwood floors were high quality.
