Fantastic place to stay, so fun.Only thing to complain about was the refrigerator, someone left a jar of opened, unloaded jar of some kind of garlic paste, smelled everything up.Also, we didn't have access to the listed washer and dryer, but we didn't need it.I would encourage anyone to rent that place.

I can’t thank Kurt enough for letting us stay at his beautiful bills mafia home for our wedding. The house was clean and every room was immaculate. The bills decor made my wife a bills fan so happy. Great entertaining space. Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. Very close to shopping centers. I’m a packers fan and I honestly loved it.

It's clear what the draw of the house is... other comments are correct about the lack of a/c in one of the upstairs bedrooms (just leave the doors open upstairs and the a/c from the other kind of moves in there). It was difficult to find an outlet/house instructions folder, probably partly because everything is online these days. And the former is due to all the decor... but that's the point and it serves mightily there. It's pretty awesome. My h.s. boy absolutely loved it. If you're interested in football, you can spend a good chunk of time just looking at/reading everything, from tabletops/shelves to pictures on the walls. And the stadium(s) is/are literally around the corner. The owner was responsive, too. Well done on turning a small house in a commercial-ish area into a big draw. Great idea!!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Our biys really loved the house, and now we will be redecorating their room in Bills style!Very clean. Close to everything. We would definitely stay here agagin

Sweet Football House!

This was a great place for sports fans! Our family of 5 used it as a home base for exploring Buffalo and Niagara. The kids loved all the bills decorations! Walking distance to the Bills Stadium. Cozy and practical. 4 bedrooms all with their own tv. 1 bathroom with a deep tub. Not a big inside eating area but large outdoor space for grilling etc. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within a couple miles.

Great option in Buffalo area!

Even though we do not watch football, we rented as we had a wedding in the area. It was a great place with great location! Would definitely rent again if we need to be in the area.

Perfect Bills fan getaway!!

The place was amazing. It was a surprise for my boyfriend who is a die hard Bills fan. Looking at all memorabilia. This place is great for the whole family. Lots of room in the backyard to hang out with your family. Will definitely be coming back with family.

Great stay!

We loved our stay. Even though we are not from Buffalo, we now have a new appreciation for the Buffalo Bills! It has been decorated so tastefully. My son did not want to leave. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. The fenced backyard was so nice in the evening. We really enjoyed the little restaurant/pub next door to the house. And you really are in walking distance to the Bills Stadium. Orchard Park in general is seriously cute. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again when in the area.

An off-season visit to a Bills 'fan cave'.

We had a last minute trip to make to visit relatives in the Orchard Park area. This house was available, nearby, had plenty of bedrooms and was reasonably priced. What you see is what you get. A comfortable suburban Cape Cod with more Bills decorations than you can imagine. Because it's within walking distance to the stadium I believe it's a hangout for a local fan group during the NFL season. Frankly I'd love to have a place like this to go on game days. In summary, don't expect the Ritz but it has everything you could need for a stay in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Go Bills! Incredible stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house exceeded our expectations! The place is amazing. The host Kurt is wonderful!!! 100% recommend staying here. We look forward to returning! Thank you Kurt, Go Bills!
