"Just an absolutely beautiful apartment. So spacious, elegantly decorated. Spectacular bedrooms, lovely private view above the canal. Great location. We loved every minute. Jane and her son Michael made our trip very special. "

"This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!"

"Location, Location, Location! Felt like we lived there. Cooked Bolognese from scratch in the kitchen, even the fresh tagliatelle pasta. Wonderful bedroom, two large sleeper pullout couches, open the windows to bring the lively town square into the rooms. Simply the perfect Venetian stay."

"It was a very historic building but the rooms were cut, clean, spacious and nice. It is walking distance to Piazza San Marco and very close to the port. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and churches nearby. The host was very kind and showed us around the area. The service was very good and the room was ready before check-in time. I really appreciated it. "

L’appartement est très agréable, deux salles de bain avec toilettes, chambre, séjours, salon, cuisine spacieux et bien équipés. Pas de lave linge mais laverie à 5 minutes à pieds très pratique.
