"Es nuestra segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este Resort, estuvimos en 2017 en la unidad 2701 y todo fue excepcional pero ahora estuvimos en la 2802 ( Abril 27 al 30) y no nos gustó: 4 cucarachas durante la estadía, los inodoros de las regaderas no bajan rápido y el agua se queda acumulada, el toilette no baja con fuerza, la pintura de las paredes envejecidas, las ventanas no cerraban bien, la mini cocina del balcón todo oxidado, el edredón de la habitación principal muy viejo. "This property is ideally situated by the seaside, various shops and restaurants. It also is a beautiful tropical oasis, surrounded by various flowering plants and fruit trees. Our unit was nice and so clean. The host thought of everything to make our stay there very comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely come back when I visit Kona again. It’s absolutely wonderful property and place to stay, worthy of praise."

"Our host was very friendly, checked us in personally and showed us all the beach toys we could use--towels, cooler, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, masks/snorkels. A lot of useful gear. He also suggested good snorkeling spots. The upstairs rooms had plenty of fans, was well-stocked for our stay, and we had so much room--three queen beds for just the two of us. "Very nice unit with a nice view of the pool. As other people has stated parking is challenging. But I always found a place in the lot or right next to the property on the street. The bed is comfortable and I slept well. Minor issue with some small ants in the bathroom.owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again."

"If you're looking for a no frills beach bungalow, this is the place for you. I loved the beach cottage feel and the location was perfectly nestled across the street from the ocean and near many restaurants and shopping. I especially loved the lobby/office kitty that greeted me upon arrival with purrrrs and greeted me again at check-out. It had a warm and pleasant atmosphere filled with Aloha.🌺"

"Not used to loud traffic driving by all hours of the night. Couldn’t sleep. In morning you could hear dogs barking and curtains in bedroom weren’t blackout so sun shone through in early morning. Otherwise the condo was very nice and efficient would have been nice to have washer/dryer in unit. We were grateful for laundry area close by with the pool. We did enjoy our stay."

"Sweet Studio Condo on the water in Kona. The Lanai was very private, and lush. Everything you could want for water toys/supplies was there for my use. Myrna graciously allowed me to stay for late checkout for a late flight. The location was perfect. Highly recommend Green Flash Coffee/smoothie Place right next door! I was there for a wedding, but when I was alone, I had a great time too.....I could walk to Beach, Market, Coffee House...and the pool has a great water view. I highly recommend Kona...

"If you want a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle this is the place! Clean, well maintained, great privacy, and great communication. Really nice patio where birds visit and you can sit sipping your coffee, and gaze into lush tropical surroundings and the sea at the horizon. On the smaller side, so if you want to cook and eat, you will have to work with limited space, a microwave and refrigerator. Otherwise perfect!"

"We had a great time at Na'alehu. We arrived after dark and the road to the apartment was a little bit scary, as some parts are not paved. But just keep going to the top of the hill and you'll find the place. Vickie and Wesley were very friendly and exeptionally helpful during our stay - thank you! The place is close to south point, green sands beach and Punalu'u black sand beach (where green sea turtles sometimes come to rest). We also recommend the Punalu'u bakeshop with delicious treats."

"The pics don’t do this home justice. Beautiful views greet you as soon as you pass thru the Kitchen. Host do a terrific job having the home open and ready for your arrival with Hawaiian music already playing. Cooling pool was a big hit and much larger than it appears.
