"This house is exactly as described. Room for 8 (if 2 are thin and short or are children). The host is very communicative and helpful. The check in and check out process is very easy. "This property was so close to downtown Kona! Perfect location to go into town or on the main road to explore. Condo was clean and perfect size for my group of 4! There was no AC but they provide you with numerous fans. We opened up the screened in windows and sliding doors for more air and it was perfectly comfortable the whole stay day and night.
