"This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves."

"It is the greatest place I have had the privilege to stay. I could not recommend it more. Close to the sea, the River and Trestles. It is lovely. Stayed with my mum and dogs and it met every need. A wonderful little cafe right next door with organic beautiful food and little bakery snacks. I recommend going right at nine when they open because they get swamped! It is a lovely stay and %1000 will go back again. A beautiful place to bring your dogs or family or both. "

"The location is great, plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The only thing that needs improvement would be the beds and shower heads, other than that everything was perfect. I enjoyed the house, easy parking. The house had plenty of room for 5 of us. I would stay again, good place for sure! The hosts are great and very easy to communicate with, give them a 10/10"
