Capitola Sea Spray by the Beach

  • El encantador Capitola Sea Spray es la unidad trasera de una casa adosada de dos unidades ubicada justo en el corazón de la serena y céntrica Capitola, a solo una cuadra de la playa.

    La casa adosada se encuentra en el pueblo de Capitola y su pintoresco muelle, sus encantadoras tiendas, sus restaurantes galardonados y sus variados pubs, ¡a poca distancia de los centros comerciales y servicios de 41st Ave también!

    Capitola es una pequeña ciudad costera histórica y atmosférica con una gran cantidad de lugares para practicar surf, boutiques y una gran cantidad de tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento para jóvenes y mayores. La ciudad está floreciendo pero aún conserva su carácter distintivo y pintoresco, amado por las familias, los paseadores de perros y los surfistas.

    Todo el plano de planta se encuentra en el segundo piso sobre tu estacionamiento privado.

    La sala de estar se completa con un sofá universal que se acomoda a una cama doble y un sofá adicional. El centro de entretenimiento incluye un gran televisor de pantalla plana con cable. La puerta corredera conduce a un pequeño patio con sillas y parrilla.

    Un escritorio con internet inalámbrico también se proporciona. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, lavaplatos y microondas. Está completamente equipado con todos sus electrodomésticos y suministros de cocina pequeños y básicos. Mesa de comedor para seis personas y vistas a la pasarela.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama tamaño queen, muebles a juego, televisor de pantalla plana con cable y un amplio armario. El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con dos camas individuales y muebles a juego.

    Hay una lavadora y secadora en el lavadero de la cocina.

    El garaje privado y seguro ofrece 2 espacios de estacionamiento para la unidad #B, lo que permite un fácil acceso a los art��culos de playa y un área de almacenamiento cerrado para bicicletas y tablas de surf..

Property has everything you need for a weekend. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, hose to wash off and having a garage! Only think to note: if traveling with young kids both rooms have sky windows, so rooms won’t be covered by blind. Great hosts and would stay again!

Great location with all the amenities. Very clean and access was easy. Beds are comfy too. Shops are close by. If you need groceries for a longer stay, head to Bay Ave where there is a grocery store close to the freeway. Hit up Gayle’s Bakery too for a delicious meal and some treat. Communication with host was fast and easy. Overall. A very great stay!

The property was very clean, comfortable beds, great shower with plenty of warm water. Very close to shops and restaurants, we had zero complaints!

Capitola summer trip

This was a perfect spot for our family with older kids. They were able to come and go easily as they pleased with a perfect location. Adorable apartment and great communication with property management.

This spot was perfect for our family of four! It was airy, roomy, and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It's in a great location, just steps from downtown Capitola and the beach! Having a private garage parking space was a wonderful perk. We had to contact the host with a question when we arrived, and they were extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and excellent location!

We loved the house and the easy access to downtown Capitola. The coded entry points and the garage were a huge plus. Thank you and we can't wait to stay at your vacation rental again.

Beach get away

Location was great, a short walk to beach. It was clean and had all we needed. Only thing lacking was we were not able to BBQ at the property.

Weekend with Daughter and Granddaughter

Very nice unit and location for our needs. It’s was comfortable and very clean. I had some trouble with the door and Surf City responded to my texts immediately! Hoping to make this a yearly visit!

great little beach house perfect location

the only negative would be no view, but it's got the amenities we need, the perfect location and in Capitola the parking spot is worth it's weight in gold. 2nd year staying here and I anticipate I will try to book for next year as well.

great location steps from the beach

Very clean, convenient, great location downtown. Well appointed Kitchen, Big Garage with 2 parking spots rare for Capitola appreciate the washer dryer. Stayed here with my teen daughters and two of their friends. Had a great time. There are no views from unit B but there is a balcony where you can sit outside and bbq and have some cocktails.

Location is excellent!

The townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of main area of downtown Capitola. The place was clean, nicely decorated and had a full supply of kitchen cookware. The rental company was accommodating and responded quickly when we asked questions. The down side would be the porch over looks an alley & electrical wires, so not really somewhere you would hangout and bbq or relax. The water did not get very hot for showers etc... we let them know so hopefully it will get fixed. Otherwise if your intent is to park your car and enjoy the beach & cute town this place is perfect because of its location.

Great for our short stay!

My family and I stayed at this apartment for 4 days during a longer vacation. We were happy to discover that the apartment was spacious given its location in the heart of Capitola Village. It had all the basic necessities (beach towels and umbrella, lots of extra sheets/towels/pillows, pantry basics, shampoo/conditioner) for vacation rental which was really nice. Every morning I would take a walk to Mr Toots Coffeehouse with my daughter and we would sit ocean gazing on the esplanade. You could easily make a day of just staying in Capitola but often we went elsewhere earlier in the day and spend the late afternoon/early evening at Capitola Beach because it was so convenient and one of the best beaches for kids. Beds were comfortable and noise from the village on the weekends was minimal. The 2 parking spots was also key for a village rental, otherwise you'd never find parking. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is the following: the tub had a loud drip the entire time and the pillows were not the comfiest. They did send a plumber to try and fix the drip but turned out it couldn't be fixed during our stay. Also, it is in the heart of the village, which gets very crowded and traffic-laden during the summer. Great for people who don't mind/want that vibe but a little annoying if you're looking for seaside tranquility. You also get exposure to some classic Capitola characters that may be unwanted (e.g. group of locals drinking and hanging around their truck across the street everyday). But again, nothing out of the ordinary for this area and nothing egregious. Truly a great spot if you want to be blocks from the beach.

Great location

We stayed for the Mermaid Triatjlon and the location just could not be beat. As a family, there was east access to the beach and restaurants. As a triathlete, access to the transition zone was about two minutes away. Having the protected garage access was amazing, as parking downtown can get congested. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Great Location close to Restaurants, Shopping and Beach

This property was everything it was advertised to be. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed gadgets. The bedrooms were in the back of the property, so they were quiet. The garage provides two parking spots, which is great because parking is limited on this one way street. Something not mentioned in the listing is that there are 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Perfect with the beach a short walk away!

Great Location

Walking distance to everything. The unit is very comfortable, especially the beds! It's in the heart of town. Nice to have the garage parking.
