Beautiful little cottage close to the beach. The best shower after playing on the beach! Grocery, coffee and pizza close by so we had access to all the things we needed. Kitchen stocked with basic dishes, utensils, coffee pot, coffee, microwave, etc. we had a very nice, comfortable stay here with our family. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Beach Cottage

Spruce Beach Cottage is tucked away on a quiet little street, is very welcoming, and comfortable. While it is not on the beach it is wonderful how close and accessible Seacliff Beach is from the cottage. We really appreciated the beach chairs that were provided for use as well as beach towels should you need them. The cottage is well stocked with kitchen appliances/utensils and you basic needs for coffee, tea, and spices. The bathroom has all you need also. The beds are comfortable. Roku TV and wifi kept the teens happy when we were not out and about. There was easy access to everything from the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Quiet and relaxing

This place was in the perfect location. It was close to all of our necessities and some great places to eat. Only an 20 min to Santa Cruz and less than an hour from Monterey. Beautiful neighborhood and quiet!!!

Perfect little beach cottage

Perfect little place for 4 or 5 people. Short walk to the beach, very close walk/drive to downtown area. Lots of tourist activities within 30 min drive. The cottage was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly. Small fenced in backyard but perfect for a little hang out.

Adorable

This house is adorable, clean and close to everything. We would absolutely stay here again. It would be perfect with kids because the 3rd bedroom that is connected to one of the 2 masters, has a trundle bed and can sleep 2 kids. Highly recommend. Just book it.

Pleasant place and friendly neighborhood walk to beach

Our family enjoyed our stay. This was a nice place (with everything you need) in a quiet neighborhood and 15-20min walk to Seacliff beach.

Amazing

I stayed here with my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend last week and the house was perfect. All the girls loved how quaint / cute it was and the place was spotless / so clean. Neighborhood was quiet and location was great. Communication was seamless. No complaints - would definitely recommend and it’s a great price !

Great location, quiet street

This was our first time back in the Santa Cruz area in 3 years and we lucked out with this place! It had plenty of space for our family of 5 and our teenager loved having his own King sized bed to sleep in! Check in was easy, kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, and everything else needed to cook dinners. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Lovely getaway spot

My family and I had a very nice weekend at Janiece’s cottage. The space was perfect for the 5 of us (including toddler). Everything is clean, well kept and comfortable. The location is great and my kids enjoyed the little yard space. I wish I would have known that the house has a pack n’ play and beach towels as I wouldn’t have brought our own. Also keep in mind that the curtains in the bedrooms are all white and thin so expect the sun to wake you. The kitchen could use another pan or two and considering there is no dishwasher it would be nice if dish gloves were provided. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely visit again!

Clean and well laid out, close to Seacliffe Beach

We would recommend staying here. It’s perfect for a couple or family with kids. You can walk to the town and across the train tracks to the path down to the beach. The back emotion gets cold. You have literally everything you need and the hosts are very responsive.

My parents, kids and I just spent the weekend at the Spruce Beach Cottage. The house is super clean, nicely decorated with comfy beds and quality sheets and towels. Walk to the beach was a bit further than we anticipated, but overall a great weekend get-away!

Adorable house and close to the beach!

This house was perfect for our stay! We wanted a place to be close to the beach and stay with our 7 month old without worrying about Covid! This was the perfect stay. I would 10/10 stay here again. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a nice dinner, and even the TV was logged into good streaming services!
