"We booked two apartments for a family stay as we were attending the Hampton Court Palace Festival. The location was great (two mile walk or quick Uber ride) for the festival. The apartments were clean and we managed to get parking in the apartment car park. If we hadn't got free parking there was a public car park right opposite with loads of spaces so parking not an issue. Check in as at the Crown Plaza hotel just down the road so you need to factor that in to your plans but it wasn't a huge...

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....
