Great location, very clean and comfortable however the apartment requires some maintenance. The tiles in the bathroom are broken so the door would not close. The upholstery on all dining room chairs was damaged, the only fan in the apartment was broken, there was only 1 curtain in the bedroom, the drain cover on the bath was broken, the door covering the washing machine was loose and the apartment specific wifi was not working. I reported the door, fan and wifi but received no response.

The description of the property was incorrect. They only show the first and the second floor. They did not show the parking lot, which had a lot of traffic a lot of noise trucks delivering at night and kept me awake. Unfortunately, we were here for an examination at the college of law and disturb our peace of mind however, the place is very nice, but the location stinks.

NO ACCESS. DO NOT BOOK. I booked this hotel after a terrible experience at nearby hotel. I couldn't get access to the hotel and contacted the host but did not get a timely reply so I couldn't get into the hotel. After waiting 1.5hours, I contacted Hotels.com to complain and rebooked a 3rd hotel, which was amazing. I tried to get a refund for this hotel stay thru Hotels.com, but they told me they couldn't reach the property owner (surprise surprise!) so I was denied a refund.

Bedding was dirty and had cigarette burns in it… check in was awful due to wrong information given…kitchen was dirty and so was the sofa! Really awful value for money

Upon reaching the destination they gave us a code to enter the building and everything then all of sudden they said the room is all full and they cannot accomaodate when we had paid in full. No comminication and no one answered the phone. I had to book last minute in nearby hotel and i am still awaiting for my refund of over £300 . Worst experience ever

I loved that this property was in the heart of things. All kinds of shops very close. The train was just about a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

Rooms overall were really nice. Good location for Thorpe park, the retail park and a restaurants. However, when entering the property it stunk of stale cigarette smoke.

Comfortable and spacious apartment. Perfect 👌

Spacious, clean and well presented apartment. 2 double bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. We had a really pleasant, comfortable stay and would definitely recommend to others. Right in the town centre but very quiet. Slept so well.

Apartment was excellent, very clean with everything you could need. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable. A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue. Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient. Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes.

The only real issue that was experienced was access to the property at the beginning. I found this an irritation which was resolved by the support team on the phone. I was worried about the location and it was strange to access from a service road and also that the initial door access was left open a number of times. The room was clean, tidy and a great location.

Apartment was nice and tidy. There was missing some dishes, like glasses. There was no elevator and our apartment was in third floor. One of our guests was in wheelchair, but fortunately was abble to use walking sticks in stairs, but it was a bit hard. Overall I give 4/5 stars.

Excellent stay

Don’t be put off by the exterior of the property. Access is from the rear of the shops. I’ve stayed in two different apartments and both have been clean, well equipped, spacious & comfortable. Lovely & quiet inside the apartment, I didn’t hear any other guests other than the odd door closing. As you’re on the high street there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The Charles Hope are now my go to apartments if I’m working in the area.
