"Centrally located in the Old Port, with views of the harbor, this was a last minute — therefore pricey — excellent find for a fall weekend getaway. Stylish, elegant rehab of 19th century granite industrial building. Whimsical decor notes referring to 19th century owner Evalina Fox. Nicely appointed kitchenette — though if you came to Portland for the foodie scene, you might end up just using it for breakfast, as we did. Only sour note was the disco music (coming in via the ventilation...

"This studio felt more like a gorgeous suite to me: it is beautifully furnished and decorated. Every need is being anticipated and covered. Love the kitchen! I slept so very well it is peaceful.
The neighborhood is so very beautiful and 5 minutes away from the water and great views of the Eastern End.

"Property manager was very kind but a little hard to get a hold of. Owner of the property was amazing and in contact immediately. The house is quaint, cute and perfect for a beautiful stay on the coast. We enjoyed the location more than anything. The owners left a binder with a lot of very helpful information for restaurants, stores, etc. If you want to stay in the area, you can walk almost anywhere. All in all we loved our stay and would return."

"Words cannot express how great this place is. Clean. Plenty of room. Great towels. Well stocked kitchen items. A huge bonus: real coffee and a coffee maker (not a Kurieg). Large living room. Comfortable beds. Night lights. All the little things that provide creature comforts. Parking was a little tricky but I got extremely detailed instructions so it was not a problem. "

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment needed to prepare full meals. Lots of nice touches like coffee, towels, laundry detergent included so you don’t need to stock your own essentials. Highly recommended!"

"This was a great house in a great location. Everything was within walking distance and the house had everything we needed. The rooms were a good size, with comfortable beds, a desk in every room, and it was completely charming. Ani gave clear instructions for entry and parking. "We had a very nice stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable providing much more than a hotel efficiency at a similar price point. It was convenient to New England Rehab where we were visiting my brother. There is a little coffee shop within walking distance where we were able to grab coffee and breakfast sandwiches each morning. The Crooked Mile Coffee House & Cafe. Check in and check out were easy and the owner was very personable. There is ample parking on...

"We loved staying in Ani’s place, the house was perfect for our girls’ trip - roomy, bright, and comfortable, with the most beautiful garden. The location is great - so many cute shops and good restaurants within walking distance and close to the water as well. We had great weather - Maine in the summer is pure magic. Would 100% stay here again!"
