"We had an amazing time other than not seeing any bears this time! The management was great to deal with very responsive! We go to gatlinburg at least once a year and have enjoyed all the chalets we have stayed in but this one was amazing and by far the cleanest one we’ve stayed in! Will definitely stay again!
