This property is exactly as described. Spacious and clean. We came with a large group and this place was comfortable for everyone. Plenty of space for 13 people and 4 large cars. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the rooftop balcony and everyone enjoyed how close it was to the beach and Bridge Street. The property managers were helpful and quick and accommodated all of our requests. I would absolutely recommend this house and would stay here again. We had a great time!

Incredible location

We stayed here as a large group celebrating our 20th anniversary and my wifes 40th birthday. Our overall experience was incredible. The location was amazing and the house provided everything we needed. That being said we did not have a working kitchen sink the entire stay. The sink was no longer attached to the counter and was being held up by a bottle that was under the cabinet. This was not repaired during our 8 day stay. Additionally there were some small furniture pieces that had some damage as well but they did not hinder our trip.

Awesome location!

This house is at a great location with the beach right across the street! The house was very big and fit our 17 person group perfect!! Pool was great too! The only bad thing I would say is that the palm trees block a lot of the sun so tanning wasn’t ideal. Other than that everything was perfect!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood on Anna Maria island if u need a place to stay with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for family reunion gatherings this place would fit the bill parking for 4 cars only and stairs are a bit steep so if anyone has any back or hip issues this house could be a problem but other than that it’s perfect!

Nice location, property was not in the best shape

The entrance door electronic lock would stick and difficult to open. The dishwasher would not run even after plugging it into the outlet, the disposal was unplugged from the outlet, the TV was very difficult to operate as well. We noticed that the floors were very dirty and our feet were black from walking around the patio. We never used the hot tub or pool as the water was very cold and the heater was not working properly. The guest were disappointed with that. Other that that we enjoyed the stay.

We can late on night. Next day, we notice the house was very dirty, broket pool, broken refrigerator, broken dryer, no Wi-Fi, none of the tv's working, broken diswasher with broken glass inside. It was Impossible to stay any other night in. For a date and half we spoke with everyone at the management company and customer service VRBO, and they refuse to find a solcuion. Only after I contacted my lawyer for options they found a house that we were able to move in on Friday after 4pm. So, for the same we loss, two days woth out been able to enjoy our short vacation. It was the worse service I have ever offer from a management company. As of today, the manager refuse to contact us and they refuse to offer us a monetary compasation for the loss time.

RENTER BEWARE

I’m not sure how this place has rave reviews because our stay was less than desirable. Future renters beware, our recommendation is for you to look elsewhere. We selected this home from pictures and text on their web site and picked this one because of the pool area which we could not use do to break down that pool service guy said had not worked for a month. Starting off with the cleanliness of the house – the entire house smells horribly of mold and mildew with visible water damage on the ceiling and walls. While it's completely understandable that hurricanes/storms cause damage (which doesn’t look like what this was – we live in FL and we know), IN NO WAY should this home be rented until these health risks are remediated. Additionally, the house was filthy upon checking in, as if no one cleaned it – pretty sure they used the same dirty mop water throughout the entire house (the nasty mop left in the laundry room spoke volumes). Upon arriving and walking the house, the soles of our feet were so black, it was as if we had walked miles on black pavement. (So, we cleaned the floors) The house has cockroaches (yes, live cockroaches – meaning they are not getting the home properly treated or not getting what they are paying for). Smelly, rotting flowers were left from what seemingly was the party here before us, not to mention the dirty dishes we found in the drawers. One of the beds had black hairs all over the pillows. There were fans and lights not working and there was horrible temperature control/distribution throughout the home. Not to mention the fact that the pool/spa was not working (not heated as advertised, pump didn’t work until the last 2 days, and questionable how clean based on the state of the home). It also seems like this house has been abused with very little remediation. Lastly, I spent over 2 hours on the phone with the mgmt. company throughout my vacation, who never did remediate our situation/make it right, except for giving us a refund of $690.00 after I told them I wanted $2000.00 (saying sorry over and over doesn’t cut it when you have a situation like we did). I had to keep personally calling them vs them proactively keeping me updated, their communications and follow-up were just plain bad. For what they ask for this place, it was 100% NOT worth it! For all these reasons, our stay is only getting a 1-star review, and this is coming from people that rarely complain and never write reviews – it was just BAD.

Family beach vacation

Our family of 18 stayed at Gulf Horizons and loved it there. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the pool area the most as it had plenty of space for all our kids to play and swim. The two shallow sundecks in the pool were perfect for our 1 year old son. The extra fridge in the garage was a bonus also. The decks were very nice and we loved watching the sun rise and set on the rooftop deck. The walk to the beach was short and we were all able to make it back and forth easily. There were some items in the garage such as a beach wagon and canopy which were helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we noticed was there were not any towels in the kitchen which was a challenge with cooking and cleaning. We also noticed that the washer could be cleaned regularly as it had lots of mold around the inside of the front loading washer. When we reached out to the management they responded quickly and were very helpful. This is a great property for large families wanting a beach vacation!

Family Spring Break

The house was beautiful and the pool was perfect for our family vacation. Couldn’t ask for a better location, seconds always from a restaurant, 1 min from the beach and 5 mins always from a local grocery store and other attractions. We loved it!!!

Awesome Property!!

This property exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful; the outdoor space, decks, and pool were incredible. The interior was beyond spacious, the garage was filled with accessories for the beach, which was literally just across the street. It was within walking distance to restaurants, shops, mini golf. We could not have enjoyed our time there more!

Amazing home, walk to beach

We loved our stay! We walked every day to the beautiful beach. Loved the BBQ house right next door. Loved the pool and house. Wouldn’t hurt to have more than one kitchen towel and maybe a few extra blankets. But we would definitely stay here again. The pool lights were out and fixed the next day

Everything you need, especially tons of space

Those traveling with large groups will appreciate the amount of en-suite bathrooms this property has. Comes with everything you need, great location, plenty of space to both gather and get some alone time. Management team is communicative and helpful.

A great family vacation

We were seeing my Nephew off to U of Tampa and decided to bring the entire family. Beautiful property and excellent location, right across the street from the beach. My only gripe was some of the mattresses had no business being in a property this nice, especially the Master bedroom. Definitely would book again.

Rude housekeeper

The housekeeper shows up before 10AM and get into the property without notice and started to clean with us inside the property in a really bad mood and threw away our recent made breakfast. All of this happened before 10AM which it was the check out time.

Fun in Anna Maria

There were 13 of us and the house was great! The pool is perfect and the beach is across the street. The free trolley is close by. The kitchen/family room area were perfect for our large group to hang out. There was a nice grill plus an extra refrigerator in the garage. The view from the rooftop was awesome! This was the perfect home for a large group that was active, but still had many meals at the house.
