El hotel es divino, el personal amable, las habitaciones limpias , lindas y eapaciosas, la zona es segura y perfecta con tiendas y lugares para caminar, el metro queda a pocos pasos.

EL SERVICIO DEL DESAYUNO NO LO RECOMIENDO ES BASTANTE DEFICIENTE. NO ESTÁN BIEN DETERMINADOS LOS HORARIOS DEL DESAYUNO Y TUVE QUE ESPERAR POR EL DESAYUNO BUFFET 35 MINUTOS LO DEMÁS ES ESPECTACULAR LAS INSTALACIONES, EL GYM.

Mis hijos aman quedarse en ese hotel por Cory la perrita del hotel. El servicio es excelente y su gente la mejor. Lo que si necesita urgente es una remodelación, las habitaciones ya están muy viejas.

No le gustó: Estado de la propiedad e instalaciones
The property is in need of a full mantainance, almost all personnel are in need of uniforms, we ask for an extra bed for hours, if you compare this fairmont property with other fairmont properties is miles away from the quality and service of the others, it shouldnt even be a Fairmont, i have stayed three times in this hotel, some years ago it was as good as fairmont in San Francisco, now it is of a different category,treatment in personnel is not good, quality of food, not that good, the property is falling apart, elevators are bad working, the only beautiful thing is the dog they have at the lobby. Dont even bother to compare it with Aman, Jordan Fairmont is a Ferrari and a old Subaru car in quality comparation. Please try to do something to this place, it use to be a 5 star place , now it feels like an old, rusty, uncleaned, 3 star hotel with a bad mood from personnel in it.

La ubicación y servicio al cliente excelentes. Siento que para ser un Fairmont falta mantenimiento al edificio, el servicio de consierge no siempre está disponible. Falta poner pantuflas y batas en lo baños y cuartos.

No hubo suficiente personal. El Room Service hasta las 9 pm. No había restaurante para comer alguna hora. La limpieza la tienes que solicitar. No es diario. Algo del personal de mal humor. No es el Fairmont de siempre , definitivo.

MUY BUEN LUGAR, ELEGANTE
Viaje en familia, es hotel pet friendly. La atención es muy buena, tienen buenas medidas de higiene como gel antibacterial por todas partes. Al principio nos dieron un cuarto en extremo pequeño, pero lo comentamos y nos cambiaron. por la contingencia hay que solicitar limpien tu habitación con antelación

Construction directly in front of hotel was not disclosed at booking. We would not have paid additional money for a front facing Cooley Square view room… when in fact there was no Cooley Square to actually view. Extremely disappointing. Also due to a “mechanical” issue with our room, we were not allowed to gain access to our room until well after 7pm. Not great after a long journey from the West Coast.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect spot. My only critique would be the size of the bathrooms. Granted it’s an old hotel but the tiny bathroom is difficult to manage even for one person

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff made me feel welcomed and familiar. The food at the restaurant was superb as was the room service. And then there was CORI the canine ambassador…what can I sey, simply adorable!

Beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of Boston, with outstanding service. The room was larger than average, with comfortable beds and very clean. The staff, from valet to restaurant provided outstanding service. We highly recommend!

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff who were gracious and helpful. With the exception of one bell hop upon my departure. He wouldn’t let me use take the luggage cart outside to the sidewalk to load my car so I had to carry my belongings from the vestibule to the sidewalk.
