"The house was beautifully situated with incredible views and comfortable furnishings. It was perfect for our group of 6 —a mix of family and friends—as we explored Iceland for the first time. We loved getting to know Borgarnes and the Settlement Center. The drive to Reykjavík was a little longer than we expected but it wasn’t prohibitive for our plans. The only thing that we wished for was laundry access on premises, but even that wasn’t too inconvenient. We stayed 6 nights, and I wish we had...

"Das kleine Cottage hatte für uns alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Der private Hot Tub vor der Tür war wunderbar für den Abend. Wir waren vor allem auf der Halbinsel Snaefellsnes unterwegs, aber haben auch das Perlan-Museum in Reykjavik besucht."

"We loved our stay - right in the water! Views were amazing, kitchen was well stocked and the rooms comfortable. There are only 3 bedrooms though - but plenty of beds. We had one upset teen who had to sleep in the family room which was a bummer. But the house is nice and the private guest house was a great quiet space. "

"The cabin lives up to its name as it is very cozy and the views are spectacular. We had northern light shows both nights we stayed there and loved the sauna to warm up after a cold day on the glacier not too far from the cabin. The owner communicated very well and check in and out was very easy. We loved that the cabin is off the beaten path but also a 20 minute drive to restaurants and shops in Borgarnes. We would definitely stay here when we visit Iceland again. "

"Muy limpia y muy bien situada. Tiene 2 habitaciones y una buhardilla en la parte superior: algo peligrosa para niños pequeños, pero divertida para niños a partir de los 8/9 años. Muy luminosa, buenas vistas y completamente equipada. El jakuzzi está fenomenal, no es de agua geotérmica (a mi me hubiera gustado mas, pero como digo es cuestión de gustos) y estaba muy limpio. El entorno invita a un paseo por el río truchero. Un poco justa para 6. Gracias a los anfritriones!!"
