"Location was excellent, just a 15 min walk to the main center and 7 min walk to local grocery store and local restaurants on your walk back if you don’t feel like cooking. Luggage drop off was great. Pool area is key and convenient for days you don’t want to walk across the road for a full beach day. The apartment had all the amenities needed and host provided prompt directions for easy access and check out."

There are also two department-store type shops on the street. The stores have everything from socks to evening gowns. The area felt very secure and well patrolled. "We had a great stay at Santi’s condo. He was very welcoming and overall a great host. The condo is new, clean and has all the amenities anyone could want. There is a pool on the roof and a full gym for anyone who wants to work out. It’s about a 8 minute walk to the Mega Tienda grocery store and about 15 mins to get into the walled city. "The area is a little rough if you plan to leave at night unless you are walking toward the beach you can get robbed. The pool was not open the whole time I was in the unit of 2 weeks. There is no hot water other than in the kitchen sink. Otherwise it’s an easy walk to the beach and the place has amazing A/C and a soft bed. "
